      Excellent service and a very knowledgeable Technician who was professional, friendly and determined to insure my issue with my Ring Doorbell was fixed and working properly. Would have no problem using OnTech again and recommending them to others.

      Unprofessional. Sent an installer who didnt know how to install a smart lock. Told me its not compatible. ??? Its a Simpli safe lock on a Simpli safe system. I had to call and pay a locksmith to come do the job. Called them back said they wouldnt waste their time to come back out. BE WARNED WORST COMPANY OUT THERE

      Excellent service. Received advice on what equipment to order and full directions were given on installation. Technician was extremely knowledgeable on WIFI interface options, was able to set up system that really works for us.

      Very knowledgeable about the latest technology and they set you up promptly, so you are ready to use the product which in my case was a Ring door bell.

      I paid for a thermostat and power connector plus installation. After the installation, the technician mentions I will continue to get ""low power" for a few months. 7 months pass and my thermostat continues to say "low power" and customer service tells me it will be another $150 for a diagnosis and a TBD installation/repair cost.Stay away!

      Tech was very nice explain things to me. But I told him I'd probably forget half of it but he said I could always call and they will explain it to me if I need it.

      The technician installed my mesh wifi system with great expertise. He did multiple speed tests in various areas of my home, was very polite and mindful of my house.

      I was scheduled for an install. Someone called me to reschedule at the last minute saying there was only 1 tech that could do my install. She said there was nothing she could do about it as he had to go to training. The day of the new install I received an email saying the tech was in his way and would arrive between 1:30 and 2:45. At 1:50 I received another email (NO PHONE CALL) saying they rescheduled it again. I called On Tech and was told the notes in the system said the tech called me and I told him I needed to reschedule as I didnt have my equipment. He NEVER called and I have ALL my equipment. In fact the base station is connected. I tried to call SimpliSafe and I get someone off shore that barely speaks English. Asked for someone on shore and was put on hold for 30 minutes and still never takes to anyone. AWFUL company and bad business. Do not do business with them or SimpliSafe since this is their install company!
