  We scheduled an appointment and were concerned the day before when we had not received confirmation of our technicians arrival. But then when I called, the customer service rep was very easy to get hold of and confirmed for us. And when the technician came, we was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Definitely a time saver and we were very happy with the service.

  Ontech was amazing actually. When we couldn't make the initial appointment, they quickly credited our account without question. When we did reschedule, the technician was there EARLY, was patient, knowledgeable, answered all our questions, and professional in every way.

  Ontech was very good about setting up the install with an estimate of cost and arrival time. On the day of the install of my security system, they gave me updates on the arrival time and the technician was courteous and knowledgeable. He spent the time to get everything working right and showed me how to use it.

  Ontech did a great job of installing our SimpliSafe alarm system. Well worth the money to have them install it rather than ** try to do it ourselves. I highly recommend them.

  ************** was a great representative of the company. He knows his technology inside and out and he explains it well. Hes patient and knowledgeable about security systems so you feel like you are in the end. He installed everything where we best needed it. He reviewed everything carefully so we understood our own system. We hope we get the same person back for the additional installment

  The installation was complicated to us lay persons, but the technician carefully and fully explained it and was quite helpful in placing various sensors and cameras in a 90-year old home. Very respectful of our home and his role. we would definitely recommend this company based on our experience with their representative and his professionalism.

  Paid $129.00 for nest thermostat and power connector to be installed. Tech could only install thermostat which would not stay powered up so my hvac did not perform properly. I had to reinstall my old thermostat to have heat for my house. Highly Disappointed! Basically robbed of $129.00. Call a reputable company not OnTech.

  They did a great job. The tech was able to show up early, had parts on hand to do extra work and explained everything. Second time I have used them and it was fin.
