      My technician appeared not to be knowledgeable. He came to our home and stated that my Nest Thermostat had a compatibility issue. He said that I needed as new control board for my furnace since I had a 3 zone system and that Nest was competing wit the other two zones. He suggested that I call a HCAC specialist. My friend and I diagnosed the issue yesterday. The ground (common) wasn't connected to the furnace. All it required was a voltmeter, screwdriver and needle nose pliers. We hooked up the ground at both sides and everything went smooth. I am very disappointed having spent $149 for bad advice that was able to be corrected by 2 laypersons. I find it hard to believe that OnTech sent an expert to my home.

      I had 3 TV's installed. My tech **** did a fantastic job!He was very nice and professional. He explained the process and took great care with the installation. I'm very pleased with the work and will recommend both **** and OnTech.

      Our Tech **** was excellent. He did 3 installations, and he did a great job. He was very respectful of our home wore booties all the time. He was on time, very courteous, pleasant and professional. He was also very knowledgeable, and creative. All techs should emulate ****'s professionalism.

      This company is scammers, I placed an order online, they sent a dusty and defective product, I returned it and after intense complaints they decided that they would not give the full refund, the product was never opened and was sent just as I received it, they are scammers.

      Theyre a very ******************** starting with sending an email about the scheduled appointment. They updated the appointment time when it changed. The Tech called when he was leaving his last appointment. He arrived on time and put shoe covers on. He shared with me what he was doing. We had started to do the installation ourselves and when it came to the Technical part there was no way we would have been able to complete the installation. He spent a lot of time on the phone getting information to complete the install. I Would Definitely recommend their services to Everyone

      The technician installed my outdoor OTA antenna. He was knowledgable, professional, accommodated the wiring path I preferred. He knew the region, broadcast towers, asked questions, listened. The price was very reasonable for the hour and 45 minutes to complete the job.
