      Customer Support proactively called me when the first technician was delayed so I could reschedule if I wanted to. The technician that came out, *****, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and fast. It was a seamless experience. Thank you! I will definitely use OnTech again.

      I would highly recommend OnTech. Their communication with the customer throughout the process was outstanding. The Tech that came out was skilled, courteous and very tidy in his work. Great experience all around.

      I would NEVER DO business with OnTech again. I would leave a zero star rating if I was allowed. They made mistakes and then lied to try to cover them up. It is a long story and they already bounced me once so just take my word for it. If you have options don't work with OnTech. That being said the Tech who did the work was great.I called and asked to speak to a supervisor. They said they would call back in 1 to 2 days. It has be 3 and nothing so they must know they are doing a poor job.

      Tech called ahead and arrived on time. He was professional and explained everything to my understanding. I'm enjoying my system without any frustration or headache of installation. One of the best investments I've ever made.

      We hired OnTech to install an alarm system. The tech (****) called prior to scheduled appointment to confirm the time of arrival. He was punctual and polite. He reviewed all of the devices that were installed as well as reviewing the phone app with us. It was a rainy day and he consistently wore shoe covers in the house to protect the flooring. It was a very good experience for us.
