      OnTech did a great job of managing my requested schedule for a SimplySafe Security install. Their email notices kept me informed of expected arrival time and work window. The technician arrived during the expected window and provided a professional and friendly installation. ****** solicited my preferences for device install preferences and provided me with options for desired functionality. He also did a great job of setting indoor and outdoor camera target areas according to my preferences. I am very satisfied with OnTech and the technician's work.

      Ontech came out to educate us on our Simpli Safe system. Their tech was excellent on explaining operating functions, and gave suggestions for additional equipment. Also helped us in suggesting placement of equipment for better coverage. Very courteous, very conscientious, and prompt. I will use them again if needed. They also offer a wide list of equipment.

      We had a camera installed, the technician was very knowledgeable and courteous, I gave a 4 star because of the 2 hours late, OnTech please inform customers when there's a delay, beside that we will use them again.

      I had OnTech come out to install a Nest doorbell. As it was a wired model i didnt want to attempt it my self. The technician arrived when they said they would. They sent me multiple updates advising me of my appointment and their arrival. My doorbell was installed quickly and is working as intended. Tech answered any questions i had and was professional. I would use them again and recommend them. Happy with the service.
