      Our technician was professional, knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure the proper installation and function of our security system. He also made sure I knew how to operate the equipment prior to him leaving. We would definitely use OnTech again.

      The technician was very knowledgeable about the Simplisafe System. He was friendly and set the system up in a reasonable time. He had a great personality. He explained how the system work too. I couldn't have asked for anyone better. This was my first time using On Tech Services. I would use them again for sure.

      I hired OnTech to mount my flat screen ** and to hide the wires in the wall. The technician who came was very professional, courteous, skilled. He called me when he was about an hour away to let me know the timeframe when he would arrive. He explained how the mounting of the ** worked and what to expect. We discussed the best height and location on the wall. He showed me the kit they use for hiding the wires behind the wall and explained how it works. He was neat. He used shoe covers in the house. He cleaned up the area before placing the console back. I had mentioned that I might get a sound bar and he had one that he demonstrated for me. It made the sound so much clearer, I could understand the dialogue without turning up the sound. He did explain that they could also do a home theater with speakers if I was interested, but I wasnt interested at the time. He explained the billing well. I can recommend onTech for ** wall mounting and wire hiding and sound bar installation. FYI, you have to order the service, the wall mount and the kit for hiding the wires on their site when making the appointment. It turns out that I needed longer HDMI cables, but the technician had them on the truck.

      The tech who came to my house on 5.10.2024 was wonderful! He did a great job on installing my SimpliSafe equipment. He was very friendly but professional. He let me know when on his way. Even though I had to change my appointment with him, twice, he was polite, easygoing and had no problems getting to me when I needed him. He explained the system and how it works, gave me tips on additional monitors SimpliSafe sells and where best to put them. I am buying more and definitely hope he comes back!!

      I was having an issue with my Nesr thermostat. It used to be connected to phone but stopped. My son in law made appointment and service man, ****, arrived when supposed to. After a couple of hours of trying everything to get Nest connected to internet he discovered it was up to date. Cant up date with no internet connection. So he talked to my son in law and told him solution. **** was kind and personable and felt safe in his company.
