      I have had RW service since 2014, and have over that time purchased 4 phones from RW. Until last month, I was unaware that RW had been acquired by Dish Network. I have been happy with the phones, and I have always used the lowest priced service since most of my calling, texting, and data use are over my home WIFI. I have never had any of the service problems mentioned by other reviewers. However, in April RW emailed stating that new Plans would be offered, and if a current customer chose a new Plan & bought a phone from RW, the customer would receive a one-time $50 account credit & a $5/mo discount on service as long as the customer kept the chosen Plan. RW failed to give the $50 one-time credit & failed to apply the $5/mo credit until I filed a complaint with the BBB. My partner also signed up for a new Plan & bought a new phone from RW, but to date she has not received the benefits of the April 19th offer. We are trying to resolve the issue with RW, which by the way, has a secret address which is: Republic Wireless LLC, *******************************************. You can't find that address anywhere on the internet, but I received a letter from RW at that address after filing my BBB complaint.

      I switched carriers after they were bought by Dish and since they would no longer support my phone. I called about their cancellation policy before I decided to make the switch since I was on the year long prepay plan. I was told that I would be refunded my amount minus the months of service that I used. When I called to cancel, I was told they could not do a refund. I had to pressure them on the issue and explain they said they ****. They then agreed to process the refund at the next billing cycle. I called back after the next billing cycle and not getting my refund. I was informed that no refund was processed and that I should have gotten a refund ticket number. They then said my refund would be processed in 5-7 business days. I finally got my refund, but cannot help but feel like they were actively trying to steel my money. I had talked to several different people and every one of them said something different when it came to getting a refund. At best, they just don't know what they are doing. The number of follow up calls and checking on refund status was absurd.

      Tried to get them to reactive my phone number they wouldnt because I couldnt remember my 4 didgit pin. They said phone activated and I said ok give me my pin then since you say its activated they said they cant find any information yet they had my husband information our address etc. I asked ok can you send my my information to my email since I cant access the app for boost either and dont remember my pin. They didnt help me at all. Dont understand why I cant get my phone back on since you say I have service every other phone company can activate a phone without a pin code . They were extremely rude and flat out refused to help me I gave my information birthdate phone number and email. but because I didnt have a pin couldnt do anything? Makes no sense I even gave the boost mobile card number and my name and ssn number even. I said how is it possible you say phone activated on your side but you cant give me any information or reactive my phone they would not give me any explanation I said refund my money they wouldnt unless I remember my pin. They are FRAUDS! No help rude service.

      Rep was eager to get me off the chat? Constantly asking "Is there anything else we can help you with?:My question has not been answered. *****, your un-friendly advisor. I let ***** know that my order should have been arriving last month (July 31, 2022); ***** could tell me anything about my order because the account was not authenticated. There was nothing to authenticate. I did not have a cell number, no pin number, and no account number. Since I did not have a PIN number and no pin number, I asked for help. ***** couldn't help me. She ask me for the last payment date and payment amount on your account. There was not payment, no equipment, and no payment amount. It was just an awful experience, especially after talking to four reps.

      I have been having issues with service for a month. Every time I call I get a different answer or solution which does not work. I am now trying to get my account number to port my phone number to a new service and they won't even give me my account number without driving to a store with my ID. They say if I can get phone calls to the phone attached to my account i can get it that way, but I CAN'T GET CALLS BECAUSE MY SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. It's been an absolute run around and they have absolutely no interest in helping me resolve any of my problems.

      Worst customer service they lie and say they will credit you for phone not working and they dont. agents hang up the phone cant get a manager. internet constantly does not work. Rude. must constantly wait hours for them to fix phone and it still does not work. They are so ghetto. This company is the worst. I have to constantly use my other phone which is not with Boost . I will be dropping them as soon as my daughter leaves for college next month I hate them. Made several long calls to them and phone and internet is still not working.

      My phone just stop working on the 5th of August at night . I called boost mobile Saturday day evening. I spoke with a agent I said my phone stopped working. And I like this ******* A72 but I dont want to pay ****** for the phone because the phone is 2 yrs old the tech is old too pay ****** and Im a good customer that has automatic payment monthly. There must be something to lower the cost. He told me to go online fill out the payment and buy the phone and I can get you a ****** mail in rebate. I did what he asked me to do . Because I thought I would get those rebates in the mail. So I purchased the phone! I said ok I bought the phone when will I get this rebate? He said I didnt mean for you to purchase yet ! He said its ok just return the phone when you get it. He said you want it by Monday or Tuesday? I said I want it right now I have no phone II have mEdical issues . He said ok its **************************************************************************************************** the shipping . I dont wave my status being a disabled. What I realize no one cares anymore. Boost wasnt always like this. They provided excellent service and not so much confusion. I called boost again Sunday August 8th because I have 3 other phones from boost mobile 2 simm cards were too old 1 was good but there was a problem with it. She told me its coming Monday dont worry. Monday came I wanted to check the status of my phone. I couldnt find my purchase of my phone on boost I checked my email it was there .but the tracking number was wrong the guy I bought the phone from made another mistake. So now I met ***** the boost agent. She was so nice this was Monday 6pm no phone she gave me 20 dollars credit for the days I missed with no service and gave my ***** back for the fast 2 day ship. I learn today its Thursday they said I never payed for 2 day shipping I said why did ***** give me my 2 day shipping fee back.she said 100% I get my phone Tuesday. They are disorganized

      Have brought and phone and returned it within the days to return it and still have not yet receive my refund since March when it has been verified by ****** that they received the phone back in March and boost refuses to give me back my refund. I have all the proof of everything

      Used to be awesome company to work with but, since partnering with Dish, too many negative changes. Can no longer recommend as I always did - requiring to be a Dish customer to get a plan that is more expensive than what RW used to charge? No option to not have data? Erased all what RW stood for.

      I had an account with Republic Wireless for years. Unfortunately, when they were bought out by Dish, they became a terrible service. The phone, that I bought through them, literally less than a year prior (the ************** would no longer work on their network. They informed me that in order to continue having service, I would have to buy a new phone from them. Instead, I opted to cancel my service and go with another provider. I expressly told them to cancel my service, and I did everything available on my end to do that. They refunded me the last month that I was unable to use my phone. Today, I received an email about being billed. I opened it up. I have been billed for the last two months since cancelling my service. They have assured me that they will be refunding the billing, and that they have *now* cancelled my account, but, it has been a terrible customer service experience for me.Truly, just a terrible company since being bought by Dish, with either incompetent or purposefully incapable employees.
