    This is the worst company ever!. They DO NOT DELIVER-IT! I think they are either stealing my packages or the driver is incompetent. I have placed 2 orders from Nespresso, that had to be replaced because it was recorded as delivered and it was NOT delivered. There was no photo of proof of delivery. I have no way of knowing where they delivered the package, but it was not to my home. There is no customer service person to personally speak with. I expressed my displeasure with Nespresso that this company can not be trusted to do their job properly. They have all the pertinent information in order to get my package to me. The address, clearly marked on garage, the gate code, the community I live in and my name and phone number. I will not be ordering anything anymore from any company that uses Deliver-It as their delivery service. 0 Stars! A one star rating is humiliating, but they deserve ZERO in my opinion.

    @Sephora, please stop using this carrier. My orders are delivered to random locations and some of them got lost or stolen. The report says it was delivered at my door and it was signed, but they never were delivered as described. The packages are always left on the ground at public locations.

    I receive a vicious knock on the business door at 8:00am when our business hours are 9:00am. I see someone waiving with a package and I knew someone was there to deliver something. I did not say anything, but the carrier automatically states "do you want your package or no?" I stared at him with a blank eye because this was not what I was expecting in the morning. He then takes a picture and when I still had the black eye while this was all going on, he showed me the picture and said I was not in the picture. I DID NOT SAY ANYTHING!!!. Then he dropped the packages on the floor and left. I was frustrated and called the customer service. There was no one to talk to of course. This company needs to figure out their logistics better and train their carriers.

    I waited 2 weeks for a package that had been shipped from the same state that I live in. During those 2 weeks, the tracking was never updated. On day 15, the tracking finally said "out for delivery" but it said it was in a town that I do not live in, so how could it be out for delivery? I waited at home that whole day but the package never came. So I emailed them the next day and they assured me that my package was in the correct town, and that they had spoken to dispatch and my package would arrive by the end of the day. Total ********. My package never came.

    Company refused to follow clear delivery instructions, failed to deliver a package and has failed any redelivery attempt, even AFTER contacting them (which was difficult in itself since they don't respond and their phone number is a recording). All businesses should STOP using them as a delivery company. They are unreliable and unresponsive.

    I got an email from Sephora stating my $300 order was delivered. A picture of the package taken from the street was added to the email. Because the picture was taken from so far away I didnt notice until I got home that it was not my order. It had a completely different name and address. The order they delivered had only 2 items and was clearly not mine. I tried calling but they have no customer service number. I contacted Sephora and they reshipped my order. I just hope they ship me my order this time.

    A bunch of liars. Supposedly delivered my Nespresso order. I have cameras on my porch and the front of my house. They did not deliver it. I would leave zero stars if I could.

    Businesses need to stop using this delivery service. Two packages of mine I have never received. Their driver took a photo which said left in front of resident's front door, when it was clearly on top of the mailbox, right next to the huge sign that says Do not leave packages by the mailbox, deliver to resident's unit. Clearly their drivers are so lazy and don't care. The company itself doesn't care. No customer service. I tried to call, you can't reach them. I sent a message leaving specific instructions to deliver my package to my front door but of course they still didn't do it. I signed up for text updates for the delivery but also nothing. Absolutely useless!

    This Company is the worst delivery company in the world. No customer service number you can call, no decent office number, no contact whatsoever. They are shady, and untrusted. The past reviews before me were accurate. There is nothing stopping this company from stealing your packages.

    Zero stars for sure, use this company for delivery of payroll checks and they are horrible, say there was an "attempt to deliver" and no one was there , huh... the business was open and operating. Today they deliver us the wrong checks and when I tracked our shipment it now shows "voided". Don't even attempt to call them because there is no one to take calls. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SUED!!!!
