    First delivery from ***** through this company went fine. This time deliverit really dropped the ball, taking way longer to acknowledge receipt of the package and begin the delivery process. It was finally out for delivery today according to their system but they suddenly supposedly had issues and now I won't be receiving this time sensitive shipment for who knows how long. Unfortunately I now have to switch to ************ to avoid using a store that utilizes this horrible shipping company. This is unacceptable, deliverit is as bad as lasership.

    Delivery was never attempted to my place of residence while we had a door person to let people in. Said there was no access to entry. Cant believe reputable global companies use this terribly serviced company. There is no way to access where your package OR when it might be delivered again.

    Absolutely the worst shipping company I have ever seen. I didn't use the term "dealt with" because I literally couldn't speak to a single human being that works here and never received my packages. ********* uses this terrible company to ship their overly priced coffee for whatever reason and I have had a second "replacement" package be shipped out due to the errors of this awful company. Guess what, still having the same issues with the replacement package.

    Deliver-ItHi, I'm a former Delivery driver. This Company works along with another company called *********************. There are many employees that worked for them and were not paid on time or they just simply didn't pay what was promised when they got hired. They fired their managers and they just didn't pay what was agreed with the drivers. They make the drivers think that the management team was changed to not pay them what they have pending for the worked done. If you worked for them you will understand what I'm talking about. If someone have the owner's email or phone number please let me know. The managers are blocking the contact with the person or department in charge of the pending payment. I will greatly appreciate for any information about the people in charge of these companies DELIVER IT or ********************* . since they are avoiding my emails.

    Been waiting for a package eta 7-2-24. At 8pm.Order created 7-1 @3:40pm Arrived at terminal 7-3 @6:50am Depart facility Out for delivery 7-3 @7:15am Attempt 7-3 @12:45pm (was home all day no one rang the door bell!Received at facility 7-5 @ 7:45am 7-5 home all day can't email or call anyone to see what the *** for delivery. Never using this service or any company that uses this delivery not service company.

    Absolutely deplorable service. My Ring camera caught the delivery person toss my package from 6 ft away. The package bounced and landed at my doorstep where the delivery person snapped the picture for proof of delivery. After seeing this on video, I called the company but the website's chat feature is disabled. I left an email detailing the delivery issue with no response from the company. I called their direct line which is only a voicemail with no option to leave a message. I called their toll free number and was routed to a soliciting medical device representative trying to sell me a medical alert product. Completely unethical business practices that employ staff who seem to model their service ethics and do not take care of the products they are charged with delivering. I called Nespresso to let them know of the delivery issue so they can take caution with using this terrible delivery service. In the end, Nespresso had to replace my products which doesn't seem to save on the costs of using such a terrible company.

    Same experiences as everyone else it seems like this company is just keeping the products that people order and feeding off of the companies that they deliver for because then the companies have to ****** or refund the money to the consumer . in my particular case I ordered from iherb my product was said to be out for delivery was never delivered and still shows its in ***** ( Out for Deliver) 2 days out for delivery !?! they are a scam they should be held accountable and not uses by any company. Shut them down

    Deliver-it is running some kind of scam. I just filed complaints with my state's ************************* and the **** They claim to have attempted delivery, but they never tried to deliver my package. Like most people these days, I have a front door cam and I was home all week. Nobody came to my door and nobody called asking for additional directions. Whatever their scam is, the corporations they have contacts with are not the ones getting hurt. It's average consumers who are being targeted, and it needs to stop.

    They said they delivered my item at 10:16 at night (who delivers that late?!?) and didnt ring the doorbell as instructed on my package AND my front door. Furthermore their photo does not show my front door or mat, it just shows the package labelwhat scammers!!! My guess is the delivery person saw it was coffee and is going to enjoy a cup on my behalf tomorrow morning.
