    The delivery drivers are 100% incompetent! No company should ever use this courier for packages. Twice they have delivered Sephora packages worth over $200 to my apartment complex and NOT TO MY FRONT DOOR. They literally drive to the open parking garage under the apartments and throw the box on the ground in front of our locked mail boxes. So of course, the boxes get stolen. These lazy MFers could easily get on the elevator right there in the garage and delver it to my door. But they are too ******* lazy. I've complained to Sephora and they do nothing! If I ever see one of these delivery drivers dropping packages onto the floor of the garage I will go ballistic on them.

    I just want my package! I can't contact them online or their phone number! This company is such a scam! Can't contact them at all! Any number pressed makes you go to pre-recorder or someone trying to scam you out of something. Staying on the line without pressing anything makes you get a message saying "Please hang up now!" repeated for a good minute followed by a screeching whistle just for them to hang up on you.

    ZERO stars. I Was COMPLETELY UNABLE to make ANY contact with them regarding my undelivered package. (With the notice was left while I was home. No knock, no bell, NO CALL!) On 12/17/23 @ 11:35 am. I have been trying to track the 16 number tracking # with a repeated, "there is no matching tracking number in our records at this time. Please try again later" ( paraphrased ) I continued DAILY attempts to find my package for 11 days in a row. Then every few days there after.I've called the BBB and called posted number for deliver it with only a recording saying go to web site, which I did many, *********** This same exact issue happened during last Christmas. It is my impression that this is a set up to steal Christmas packages. I truly hope I am mistaken I've also tried several variations of the tracking #.Thank you for your attention to this matter

    Any company that provides a toll-free number, but uses that bait and switch tactic of a pre-recorded person, trying to determine if youre eligible for their free gift, is a completely fraudulent company. That said This is what Deliver-it has on their customer service line. And just to make sure, I tried all options, including not selecting anything. When I looked up any other number, I got their ****** number, which gave you two options, none of which were helpful Do Not Use this shipping company for anything.They have left notes stating they tried to make a delivery, but it required a signature. We have no security gate, you can just walk right up to the front door. They claimed they attempted delivery, but they did not. My husband was home, no music or sound was on, we have a doorbell that works, and so theres no excuse. This is an extremely important MS medication that he needs to get on three years ago! And some cheapskate behind the scenes is using this company, which should be shut down. If you are a shipping company, and you can accomplish your one goal, youre done.

    My Pharmacy employed this place to deliver a prescription to me. The direction was to call my cell phone when coming (we are in a gated commu office where we do not give out security codes). The instructions were not followed and the package was not delivered. I completed their follow up request for our security code by advising them again to call my cell phone from the gate as I could not release the security code. The item however has never been delivered (4 days) the tracking is not updated and there is nowhere to call. I have gotten no response to text messages. Now I will have to drive a considerable distance to go and pick up the prescription myself.

    12-19-2023 In my online tracking, this delivery company Deliver-it on 12-08-2023 showed report that my package arrived at **************** location In Progress with expected delivery to me on 12-15-2023. No delivery occured then...I waited patiently over weekend & now this morning when I checked updated tracking. The online site posted a message that my tracking # does not exist in their system. In my mind, my package was unfortunately taken by Deliver-it. This is an untrustworthy customer service business that needs to be shut-down for fraud. Real review star is a big ZERO!

    Same bad experience as everyone else, I told temu not to use this company again, they couldn't get in because of gate code in the 14th I sent the gate code to their info deliver-it com which to my surprise they wrote back the same day and said your gate code has been added to your delivery, on the 16th I received notice that the driver could not get in because he did not have a gate code , I wrote them back immediately and 2 days later still no response or packages!!! And no customer service to call!!

    My package has been on-hold for 4 days, after sitting at *** for 6 days. So, it has been 10 days that a package has NOT BEEN delivered from 30 minutes away from my residence. They stopped answering after my second email, which was in response to a reason or update. This is horrible business practice and logistics from a company that has had 26 years to get shipping correct. What a horrible business model. Why would a company do this to themselves and create such a bad business to business situation? Apple, Sephora, Temu, AliExpress, etc need to choose better partners. I will not be ordering from *********** that does business with them, as I will not receive my package or get ANY response.

    This company deserves zero but cant start a review without giving 1 star. Bought clothes from Tillys, they used Deliver It to ship 2 items. This company states they delivered my package to my home at 5:59 AM on 12/4/23 at a time when the main gate that is surrounded by an almost 6 feet fence was shut. They delivered item to wrong house, took photo of area where package was placed and submitted it as proof. Not only did I have my gate shut at the supposed time of delivery, but I also have ring doorbell and ring camera facing and capturing all activity in front of my house. Tillys customer service filed a claim for me, that required me to send photo of my front door. Not sure if they even bothered to look at the photo or not but they responded by stating that delivery company verified that they delivered the item. The photo that the delivery company submitted as proof of delivery shows mostly the package and floor it was sitting on, even the floor was different. My front entrance area is not colored as it shows on their photo. Deliver It provides no help either, their website doesnt work properly, their toll free phone number is no help. I know that I will not shop online with any company that uses Deliver It for delivery. This is the same company that was not able to deliver my daughters package on time. They stated that our address was not valid. I have been living at this address for the past ***** years. Not sure why companies use this delivery service.

    This company is a scam! They **** packages have been delivered when they have not! Where are my packages?! Horrible customer service as there is no way to contact this company. All phone numbers lead to a recorded message entailing to do the exact steps over and over again never producing answers about missing packages! I feel like this company is dishonest and committing theft at a grand scale. Very disappointing that packages would be stolen before Christmas!
