Illegal early termination fee hidden in the fine print. Disgusting business practices. Most predatory business agreements on the market. I'll be filing a chargeback.

Took me 30 minutes to have them cancel a subscription. Completely predatory practices. You should be required to EASILY allow your CUSTOMERS to CANCEL subscriptions ANYTIME!Especially roping people in with free trials then making them go through this - if the income from predatory subscription practices is so important to your business then you have big problems all the way at the top and likely trickling down to the bottom. It's toxic and unfair behavior to treat customers like this.

Be very careful when dealing with this company! Adobe may be a big name, but they have resorted to underhanded practices. Be sure to read the fine print... or you will get screwed!I have over 30 years experience using Adobe products. I am now retired, but enjoy playing around with the apps.I have been using Photoshop/Lightroom w/20 GB subscription for a couple years now and decided to add an InDesign subscription to my mix. Apparently when adding InDesign to my account, I received a trial subscription to Adobe Stock, which I never ordered OR was never told I would have to cancel after the trial period time was up. When I tried canceling the subscription to the Adobe Stock they wanted a crazy high cancelation fee! This Adobe Stock cost more than the combination of the two apps I have and use! I never used Adobe Stock, never signed into Adobe Stock and was not even aware that I had it.Buyer Beware!

They are scam artists I tried the free trial canceled on day one and still recieved a bill. I then go to cancel the subscription and have to pay them for the remainder of the contract. How is that legal services were not utilized they didn't cancel and I'm stuck with the bill.

I canceled my account before the free trial was over and I just looked at my credit card and they've charged me for the past two months. I tried calling and they refused to cancel until I update my payment information. How is this legal?

...Oh btw that 7day free trial we rushed you into while allowing for minimal review of byzantine terms and conditions? It's now an annual subscription that, ended within 2 weeks of its inception, incurs a $100 cancellation fee (in addition to the first monthly fee).Software and tech service companies like Adobe share many of the same payment and subscription flows that we as customers have come to expect a certain blanket normalcy out of. for such an important provider to, out of nowhere, inject such a high-stakes charge into the cute little game of "hehe i guess we'll just let you start another free trial with a different email address, oops" is truly bizarre. more bizarre even than photoshop's menu and tool naming.well congrats y'all, you just lost a customer who would've otherwise happily paid you thousands and thousands of dollars over his lifetime. hope that ********************************* tastes sweet

If only there were negative starsAdobe would have negative infinity. As a teacher, we only had basic Adobe yet if you needed to customize a PDF, I had to pay for a teacher account. Now that Im an Instructional designer, I got suckered into a trial subscription that I could cancel at anytime. P.S if you attempt to cancel-because you really cant with a PHD in programming-they literally steal your money. This so called fine print is harder to find a honest politician. Im am so angry that this huge company has resorted to underhanded tactics and flat out lies. I am paying for this software that I cannot even use! Sure you can cancel.Adobe isnt it about time you owned up and and acted as though you cared about your customers or maybe your reputation instead of how much you can take?

Adobe just might be one of the worst companies on the market right now. To not only charge customers skyrocketing monthly subscription prices but charge them hundreds to cancel AND publicly state that consumers can get sued for using old versions of their product? I couldn't live with myself if I worked for a company with those business practices nor if I was willing to charge working-class people such outrageous prices. Especially for a product that is mid-quality at best. If you're considering subscribing to an Adobe product (you know, because they are now ONLY available as subscriptions), don't waste your time. Read the reviews and realize this company would rather send you to collections after tricking you into paying more than actually provide you quality service and care for their product. Try Affinity, Gimp, Procreate, etc. if looking for a similar product.

I was unable to cancel a subscription. As soon as I realized I selection a subscription I don't need or will ever use. The basic Adobe is all I need. Now I pay ***** a month for a year before I can cancel. I consider this an unfair practice. I would have to pay a hefty penalty if I canceled before the year. I'm paying for something I don't use. I don't have a business.

Nearly impossible to cancel without incurring huge fees! Even tried changing my bank card so they would stop charging me but they charged me on my new card without my permission! Seemed so easy to sign up for "free" but takes alot of effort just to cancel!
