      I use photoshop for two to three months a year as part of my small business *********** with artists and designers. I tried the free trial for indesign and acrobat dc, and I decided to cancel indesign and get a monthly subscription to acrobat dc. After the trials ended, however, they both lapsed into automatic annual commitments, which I couldn't cancel online without incurring a large fee. I spoke with a customer service representative to change the plans and explain how they had lapsed without my approval, but after that conversation an additional (this time totally unauthorized) charge was applied to my debit card. I attempted to speak with another customer service representative who hung up on me almost immediately. Then I tried to use an online help chat where multiple customer service representatives did nothing to help me except claim to transfer me, and then disconnect. I had to place a stop charge order on my debit card from adobe so they couldn't bill me anymore, and I may have to cancel the debit card if that doesn't work.

      "early cancellation fee" for a monthly subscription is just plain ugly. They try to force PDF formats down everyones throats and adobe products are garbage. Thats why all the free alternatives to photoshop are ****x better because they aren't inheritnely malaware like every adobe product is. They have no return customers, guess they won't need it since they prey on kids/students

      Worse customer service ever, So I bought my ********************************************* suite 6 back in 2014, around 2019 or 2020 I started using the new version so I was paying around $ 20 per month, times are no so good now so I canceled the service and I tried to re install my old adobe creative suite 6 and I get this message saying I have an unlicensed app, I called customer service and they told me after 2019 they no longer allow to install older versions even when I paid for it, it shows in my adobe online account, is not a stolen or downloaded illegally from the internet YET Adobe does not le me use something I legally bought

      I signed up for a free trial and downloaded the app. After that, all my pdf files were password ********** Files that I was able to open just months ago are now password ********** I never even set a password ** nor did I ask for my documents to be password ********* in the first place. I tried to chat with an online agent but all he kept suggesting was that he gets remote access to my laptop. Why do you need remote access to my laptop to assist me with a password ****** Definitely sounded fishy to me so I didn't give him access. I decided to call and the next agent suggested the same thing. I explained to them that I am unable to open any pdf files and when I send an attachment, the receiver gets the same message stating a password ** required to *******. **************** was absolutely horrible and provided no help whatsoever. Even suggested I delete the app and download it again. I've worked in customer service particularly call centers and we were trained to never tell a customer there is nothing that can be done to resolve their issue. I became so upset and irate because I felt like they were not listening and just didn't care. I canceled my free trial TODAY! I felt like I was scammed. What happened to this company? And I'm keeping an eye out on my account just to make sure I'm not charged for anything because I never got to use it. So, I'm guessing once my account is permanently deleted then they'll release my documents. This place needs to be shut down. How can you place a password ** my pdf files and tell me there is nothing you can do to help me other than remote access my laptop? For a password ******

      (Actually 1/2 star) I have been an Adobe customer for decades and was very unhappy when they switched to a forced subscription service years ago. But this latest grab for money - upping the subscription by $5 a month instead of the usual $1 or $2 takes corporate greed to a whole new level. I know they have the convenient excuse of inflation to take more money out the pockets of hardworking people who unlike their corporate fat cats, struggle to pay the bills. I will continue to use the service, but only because it's absolutely necessary for my work. But I will say that hopefully Karma will do its job and what goes around will come right back at them. I'd also like to add, that as a result of this I went onto ****** and was shocked by the tsunami of negative reviews! Obviously Adobe knows that it has a sort of monopoly and is totally taking advantage of its customers. But I for one am going to start looking at alternative ways to publish various products and recommend these alternatives to my clients. Nice job, Adobe, in alienating people one customer at a time!

As a reflection of this expanded value, we updated the price of certain Creative Cloud Offerings. We have also communicated the same to our customers through email. However, we're here to help our customers and as an exception, we have provided the same price to the customer for another year. The renewal of the subscription will continue to happen at the same price from 24 Nov 2022. This price is valid only for next year and is subject to change at the time of renewal on 24 Nov 2023.

      This company has become a complete scam. Argue all you want about other things as simple as not allowing us to use old versions we paid for & all that's. What pushed me over the line was getting charged $30/month for Adobe Stock & not being able to cancel or retain unused credits. I did a free trial and missed the cancellation by a day. In order to cancel, you have to pay the entire year's monthly payments all at once. After trying to get customer support with the issue, I was only offered three months free. Fine. Well turns out I don't need as many credits as is given. I have 120 unused credits with my year-long contract renewing this next month. I went to FINALLY cancel this $30 monthly bill I haven't been using fast enough & learned that I will lose all of my unused credits when I cancel. That is $270 down the drain. I have defended and loved Adobe since I was a child when I got to mess around on the programs but as an adult watching all of the changes they have made over the years I absolutely hate it. They are just a greedy, money-hungry company that doesn't give a single care to the customers. They'll act like they do until you've gotten stuck in a trap and can't get out without paying an arm and a leg.

      This is a terrible business with terrible customer service! When you try to get a monthly subscription it turns out that you getting an annual subscription, even tho they have an option of getting an annual one from the start. I contacted them to cancel my monthly subscription because their application works horribly and they told me I have to pay a two-month fee to be able to cancel! They also don't even listen to what you need, they started suggesting 3 months of a free plan but only because after that they would continue charging me monthly. This is so disappointing!!

      I called to cancel a subscription and the customer service representative literally said "No". I spoke to another afterward to share that experience and they were apologetic, said they canceled the subscription but I just got charged again two months in a row since then. Just reported their transaction as fraud to get a new credit card number they don't have on file to keep charging me, can't believe the greedy tactics of these people.

      Worst customer service I've ever experienced! They have billed our company incorrectly and I've spoken to four different people and have emailed three more and they cannot fix it. It is a simple fix as well. I could call any other company and have this fixed in literally 2 minutes. If we didn't need it for ADA ********** on our website, I would cancel the subscription immediately just out of sheer frustration.

      I downloaded and installed Adobe creative cloud a few weeks ago. I haven't even been able to use it. My laptop is old and slow. I don't want this product. I'll never be able to use it. I've called customer service, was told I'll still be billed for it. I haven't been able to use it since day one.

      Apologies for the poor experience. We found that the customer subscribed to a 30 days trial for Adobe Stock and Creative Cloud All Apps. We understand that the customer contacted support & was not able to cancel the subscription. Hence, we have terminated both the plans and initiated the full refund of $148.37 ($58.29*2= $116.58 for CC all apps and $31.79 for Adobe Stock - 10 assets). The credit of $148.37 will be processed within 5-7 business days to the same payment method.
