    My subscription was not authorized by me. They took out $144 out of my account. I then disputed that money with my bank and they gave me back $114 but did not give me back the $30 then they once again took out another $114. I am a college student I dont use Grammarly, this website is terrible. They authorize the first time for the money to give them back to me, so then why on earth are they doing it again? Technically they did still for me and they are not helpful at all. They dont even have a number you can call or anything. I did email them and the man was useless. I am not happy. This is not fair to anyone and I want my money back. They did not give me a notification or anything saying that they were taking another $114 out of my account so they put me a -$98 in my account and I am a college student like I said before and I had to use my savings, just to get it out and back to zero. This website is not trustworthy and I want my money back ASAP.

    My subscription was renewed unbeknownst to me. I stopped using it for writing the book I was working on as it was not helpful. I just found the charge on my credit card for January 23, and I did not expect it. I no longer need or want it and I was upset to find it had been renewed automatically with no notice. That is not good business practice. I am afraid I will not be recommending Grammarly to my students or friends unless they agree to refund the unexpected charge.

    They will not stop charging me, I canceled/ went to the free subscription and they continue to charge my card. They have no real customer service, it's completely done through email. I have been trying to cancel for 2 years. This is ridiculous, being charged $150 dollars a year for a service i canceled is predatory practice.

    English is my second language so I been subscribing grammarly for $30/quarterly. Now, I woke up and they charged me $60. I felt i got robbed cause that extra $30 is the allowance of the 3 people i sent to school in ***************. It is so disappointed that Im gonna cancel my subscription, file a complainy in BBB, give them 1 star in all social review, and will never again use grammarly again.

    I felt deceived with their advertisement. I purchased the item thinking it was great from watching their ad, but it was nothing like it. WAY to go and take BROKE college student's money! Wasted $144.00! Should have known this was a sketchy company! When I made the purchase on Sept 2, 2022 and I wanted a refund for false advertising. The company sent me an email that they canceled my subscription on Sept 14, 2022. So now they took my money and canceled the subscription. What kind of company does this? I want my money BACK!

    I wanted to try the 7 day premium trial. I cancelled within that time and was still charged $144.00. I reached out to Grammarly support to get a refund. They responded with the same statement many other people complain about, "all payments made to Grammarly are non-refundable." My question is why have a tab on your website "refund payment" when you refuse to refund payments? Furthermore, the website prompts you to speak to a bot. I'd much rather discuss my situation with a real person than speak to a bot who gives automated responses. There are many more writing services that are reliable so avoid Grammarly. I only left one star because it would not let me submit without rating.

    Purchased and used product heavily for 1 year, but then switched career paths and no longer needed it. My renewal date came up without me realizing and saw I was charged for another year. When I messaged support explaining my situation, ******* helped me out with a refund on my accidental renewal. I will 100% be using Grammarly in the future and I have already recommended it to a prior coworker of mine.

    They falsely advertise 12 USD a month, but that's for the 144 Lump sum each year, not everyone especially broke COLLEGE STUDENTS have the money for that. They are extremely deceptive.
