    I am seeking for my account to be activated for use. I paid $139.95 on February 28, 2023, for a year's subscription and now am unable to access the use of the program. I don't have any bad remarks to make about Grammarly since I have been a subscriber for the past seven or eight years. My frustration is based on not being able to contact the company via phone or email and continue receiving a page with a free account and not the premium account I paid for. I still have five months of usage before renewing the next subscription.The resolve I am seeking is for the account to be activated as a premium account or receive a refund for the five remaining months.

    Grammarly does not notify you before they renew your subscription. Bad and deceptive practice. If you contact them the day of the charge to cancel you will not be given a refund.

    Fraudulent charges. I am currently going back and forth with them and all they do is lie. They refunded me a partial payment of $114 and sent an email stating they were sorry to see me go, then an hour later they took another $144 from my account without my consent. No way to contact them by phone, so it just makes everything more challenging. I will be filing a fraud suit. Do not deal with this "company"... they will steal your money and put you through h*** trying to get it back.

    Pretty a glorified spell check once you get done with the introduction to the program. Then when you start using it and want check something as simple proper punctuation or anything else outside of spelling there is a paywall. Oh, and the best part is they don't tell you how much it is until they have your payment information. I am a college student who was just looking for help and now I feel extremely ripped off.

    Same as others. Deceptive pricing practice. There no obvious way to tell you're getting charged a full yearly charge upfront when you sign up for a trial.

    I wish I reviewed this page before signing up for a subscription. As with many of the individuals below, I signed up for a monthly subscription fee for which a reminder was supposed to be sent indicating the end of my trial period. There was no reminder and then an annual charge. If they continue their deceptive practices, it won't be very long before they are hit with a class action lawsuit. As it is, I will report this to the **************** Attorney General.

    We set up an account for my wife, then cancelled it at the end of June, 2022. We were charged $139.95 on June 26th, 2023. Contacted their service desk via email, they no longer talk to people on the phone, it was my only option to dispute the charge.Recieved a response stating the charge would be reversed and that the email associated with the account was fa***********@****l.com. This email is completely foreign to us. I respectfully requested someone let me know what the real email is so I can attempt to trace the fraud. I was fearful that this could happen again. Grammarly refused to work with me on this, and even after I escalated, the refusal continued. Not good. I have to change my credit card, block grammarly from any future charges and am still in the dark as to how this even happened.Buyer beware, Grammarly is not acting in their customers' best interest in protecting fraudulant charges.

    Grammarly worked intermittently and service was acceptable. However, I dropped out of school in the first semester and chalked up the annual subscription as a loss. However, after not using for over a year, Grammarly decided to charge my credit card again for a yearly subscription of $144.00. I disputed the charges with my credit card company and Grammarly has a specialized team designated to shoot your request down. I don't recall signing or agreeing with a continued membership. Most legitimate company's would acknowledge the fact that I haven't used the service, and give me a heads up email or notice...to no avail, they are crooks! Notice, there is no way to call them, you must submit an email. Uh...no!! Subscribers beware!!!

    I would have continued your service if it was for the $12 billed MONTHLY. I did not want to be charged for the full year of 144 dollars. My bank account is over drafted now. I should have paid more attention, your product page is misleading. I think it would be fair if you billed me for just one month, cancel my subscription and refund me the rest of my money. Thanks
