    I was given an opportunity to write a biography. I thought I would use Grammarly for help. It was free, but had to use a credit card for it to work. It was not helpful at all and I had to use ****** search for all the help I needed. I cancelled the subscription online (there is no other way to make contact), but now have been charged ******. I just used the email contact information provided here to request a refund again. I have been on the website several times and have attached the cost from my bank statement and asked for a refund again and again. This seems to be the only way someone can at least get a robot blanket statement. I do not understand how they can take money and not provide a good service. I just want my ****** back and I will not ever use them again.

    This company did not inform me that after having a one year subscription for $40+ they were going to charge my credit card $144 without notice for another year. Bait and switch. On their website there is no way to speak with a live person or do a chat. I got a notification at 12 pm about the charge from my credit card company. Then I called my credit card company and was speaking to a LIVE agent to dispute this charge by 12:10 pm same day. They advised me to contact grammarly. When I searched their webpage there is NO WAY TO SPEAK TO ANYONE. What a joke! And a total scam! How does a business succeed with such poor customer service? I DO NOT recommend this company at all and would give them zero star for their business practice and 1 star for their poor and often incorrect suggestions as you are writing your papers. Often they are not grammatically correct. Be warned you are dealing with used car salesmen.

    be careful this product promise to make your writing easy but it's hiding charges and keeps asking to upgrade for more money they don't have a phone number and the chat customer ***** terribly especially *****! They take your money and refuse to refund spend 5 hours trying to talk to a real human being. Once you request a refund they say non-refundable but still not give you what they promise.

    I am a senior citizen on a fixed income trying to do online classes. I subscribe for the upgrade at $12.00 monthly, which I can afford. However, I went to pay my rent, and my rent money was gone; you guys took $144.00. I can not afford that large amount of money taken out of my check at one time. You said you made it clear. No, you did not, you have the monthly price nice and big, but you can bearly see the annual and quarterly price; this is a scam. The number for customer service is a joke, and so is the online support. Why give a number if you don't do over-the-phone support??? I want my money back so I can pay my rent. Please, in the name of *****!!!
