I woke up and found that I was charged USD144 for Grammarly, and after logging into the account, I realized I had been charged last year as well! I tried to call them, but there is no way to talk with customer service! And no one answered my refund request! Such a scam! I didn't even know that my subscription would be renewed automatically, and I didn't even know I had a subscription with them. They don't answer my message! There is no one that I can discuss my refund request for both 2 years with them! This is not fair!Grammarly, Inc.

I woke up today the 2nd of February to a charge of ****** dollars on my credit card from Grammarly. I emailed the Grammarly, and apparently, they had renewed my subscription for a year, at over double the price without a single notice to announce the hike or inform me that I am being signed up for another year. I requested to cancel the subscription and get a refund on my card on the same day it was charged but they declined saying I am basically stuck with them for another year with or without my consent. I pleaded but they have since refused to respond to emails. I do not think this is fair especially to a customer who has been with you for a year of their own volition but whom you are now trying to tie down for another year without their consent. Again, I ask that you kindly review your stance on this issue.Grammarly, Inc.

I was charged 144$ on December 18th by Grammarly for a premium subscription that I did not request. I only have the free subscription. I contacted their support team on December 18th and 21st but have still not received any response. This is by far the worst customer service experience ever. They claim to focus on high quality email responses however my experience is quite the opposite. I never signed up for the premium subscription only the free subscription.Grammarly, Inc.

Entirely negligent customer service. I was approved for a student account at a 40% discount, however the discount link they provided was completely non functional. I will be submitting any charges to the fraud department. Probably the worst (non-existent) customer service I have ever encountered.Grammarly, Inc.

I wish I read the BBB reviews before signing up. I've used the services for a few months, and it was just okay. With the current developments of the ChatGPT, you don't need servcies like Grammarly, it is far inferior to AI and you have to pay for it. They just charged me again $144 without giving any warning, without me signing in for many months (I was not aware I was signing up for lifetime charging). And you can't call them either, you are at the mercy of the email service, which I am still waiting to hear back from. Total rip off and unfair customer treatment.Grammarly, Inc.

As others said, they do not send you a notification before charging you and just hit you with the charge. Absolutely disgusting practice, you just get a charge on your credit card and then they say no refunds. No way to contact support either, absolutely worst company so farGrammarly, Inc.

Shady and deceptive billing practices. My minor child thought she was getting a free trial and put in my credit card information. They charged her $144 for a year subscription. Eithin 10 minutes she realized they charged her for a year. She tried to contact them and COMPANY says NO REFUNDS.STAY AWAY FROM GRAMMARLY, you will definitely "pay for it" if you don't. Deceptive that they allow a minor to enter into an " agreement".Grammarly, Inc.
