      Great support team. Solved my problem (one part of the software package was not performing) by removing the flawed package and replaced it with an updated one. The technician, Michael, deserves a raise and a promotion!!!!

      I did not like the first young man interrupting and talking over me when I was trying to tell him what I wanted. I had to tell him that we both cannot talk at the same time. After I was able to tell him what I needed he said he would have a technician call me in 3 to 4 hours. It did not take the technician that long to call me. The Tech was very polite and resolved the issue within 20 min.

      The latest version of IOLO Ultimate Defence took away my ability to run the Memory Mechanic on demand so I wanted to fall back to my previous version. Support quickly uninstalled the latest version of Ultimate Defence and installed a previous version (which let me run Memory Mechanic on demand). Everything was quick and smooth and I am a happy camper. Support understood my problem and fixed it. Great job. Thank you
