      I'm always so happy to talk to the knowledgeable workers at Real Defense. I've been with the company for more than 15 years (formerly US TEch Support) and I'm not going anywhere else for my computer protection and troubleshooting. P. M. B. (South Carolina)

      I got a trojan horse pop-up. Josh told me how to fix it. He went through my computer to clean it up. Josh was very helpful and knowledgeable. I did get a sales pitch and decided not to take it at this time. Another man did it and I didn't really understand how it worked. Sounded like I was going to lose some time. Might not understand the whole deal. Anyway, my computer is working great. I like that after the call I was able to go out and work and the fixing was getting done without me there. YAY!!!!

      I had a virus pop up with warning sighns everywhere.Called US Tech suppory and within about a 1/2 hr it was fixed. great job! Been using this Tech support since 2016 and just love the way they fix your problems.

      Initial support person could not resolve the issue and opened a ticket. 15 minutes later a tech David called me back and reviewed my issue and determined that it was a known issue on their side and that they are working on resolving it.

      I worked with two USTechSupport technicians today to install software on my new laptop. The first installed System Mechanic which is my security and optimization software. I have been a subscriber for a couple years and it has worked well. The technician was excellent, but expect to hear a sales pitch for upgrades, renewals, and other products. No problem, that's how they make a living:-). I renewed my tech support for another year. She put in a referral to a higher-level technician to call me to install Elephant Drive, my cloud backup system. This lady was very efficient in installing and setting it to backup continuously. She took the time to explain how to add any new files that I might need backed up later. She did not try to sell me anything! All good experiences.

      The technician I spoke with was very helpful and my computer issues were resolved in less that 45 minutes. I've used this service for the last six years and have been very happy with it.

      Rarely do I need tech support because I handle all of my needs myself these days but when I have an issue with System Mechanic Ultimate Defense I like their tech guys get it resolved and the issue is never the software itself. My only issue with tech support is when they try to sell you MyCleanID subscription instead of resolving the problem you contacted them about to begin with. I had a gentleman from tech support connect remotely to my computer today and he abruptly disconnected after telling him I was not interested. I contacted tech support again. This time they apologized immediately, informed me that I already had a subscription to MyCleanID (Which I either forgot about or thought was inactive) and repaired the issue i orginally contacted about. I do believe some of the so called IT Technicians should be transferred to the sales department or trained on how to serve the customers in an honest and sincere manner. iolo still gets my love and business over all the other companies and they have been found way more trustworthy time and time again.
