    kg I have been utilizing this service for a number of years. The best result is with a senior technician. They are superb; a less experienced tech will result in wasting an inordinate amount of time in the resolution process.

    My technician *** did an excellent job getting the computer to boot. There was a bios issue that was fixed, plus an overheating issue that was resolved for the computer to boot properly to my home page. *** even called back with suggestions to help further. He also checked the computer to be sure there were no problems with Windows 11. *** has been my technician before so it was a pleasure to have him fix the computer once again. I am very satisfied with another positive experience from U.S. Tech Support.

    I usually solve my own problems but this one was beyond my skill. The technician, ******, did an excellent job of researching things, using my backup computer to download new files to transfer to my broken computer. He hung with me thru it all and guided me back to a fully functioning PC. Great job!! Thanks ******!!

    I had a pop up that said my computer had a virus and that I had to pay for a subscription to have it fixed. The pop up would not go away. I called System Mechanic and the Technician fixed the pop up and any other problems I might have.He was very professional and did a great job. I have had System Mechanic for many years and will continue using it in the future.

    I never have time for reviews & don't do them, but have used USTech Support for 6+ years & VERY Pleased! Wish I had the time to call when I needed then but I don't & my issues add up, my fault not theirs. Glad they are open 24/7. Got them today and they fixed all of my problems I needed done for the last 3 months plus more. I didn't have the time to call because of my job. Glad they were available for me today, thank you *******!!!

    My browser had crawled to a standstill after a Windows 11 update. I had been trying everything I knew for a day! The technician, through remote access, was able to walk through multiple possible causes and was able to fix the problem in about 1 hour.     Sunny and ********* were terrific! They were patient and truly seemed to want to help me keep my computer safe and running well. i appreciated all the extra time they gave me and all their attempts to connect my computer to them. They also reassured me that they are professionals and not scammers. A stressful situation was mitigated by their professionalism. I've used RealDefense (old Stopzilla) for years with no problems, so I added tech support this year for the first time.
