    The IT person (******* or **** whatever) took control of my computer on 4/17/25 around 9:30 pm. He made me very suspicious once he claimed he had not spoken to me earlier, which he had. He also asked if I did banking online, or did I use my phone to do banking. I had never been asked that question by the other ITs. He later removed my gmail icon from desktop and said he would have someone to call me to fix the problem; he stated he logged me in as priority to assure I would get a call back. I never received the call. He also refused to give me his full name stating that it was not allowed. I feel he cannot be trusted.

    Even tho **** Jayson ******* had a heavy accent and I had difficulty understanding some of his words, he was patient and would repeat what he'd said. He was also knowledgeable in solving my situation.

    I contacted ******* on a recommendation. I could not be happier with the results. In less than an hour, they solved my problem with email not syncing and the send/receive function seemingly out of order. I'd recommend ******* if you need to talk to someoneno texting! YES, I'm delighted with the professional assistance from *******!
