    I had an issue with Iolo updater. the tech (*** ****** T) gently helped me to identify the cause of the issue, do a bit of uninstalling, installing and configuring in order to get the correct program working correctly. He was clear in his diction and direction. We achieved much in a short time.

    I was very leery about allowing someone access to my computer. The technician, Jan T, was very professional. Afterward he explained everything that he did, and showed me a couple of things for future reference. He went above and beyond and I really appreciate it. I wish I had contacted ******* a year ago.

    Great experience. **** provided my service and explained everything he performed. I need tech support that is remote because I am an elderly lady and it is cumbersome to carry my processor down stairs, out to the car, and then carry it into a store.
