    BUYER BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS - I used their services December 2023 because my computer was running slow. I actually had a good experience. I tried them again December 2024, and was given the worst run around. First I was assigned to a technician (*********) who never entered the chat or began to help me. I called back after waiting a while and was told the person on the phone was a technician and they would help me. They remote into my computer and began to try and sell me $250 worth of software. Every time I declined they changed the price. They use pushy high pressure sales tactics. When I wouldn't budge they told me the technician (they originally pretended to be a technician) would be calling me back in 2 hours. I never go that call. The next day I called to get my refund because they have a money back guarantee and it was less that 24 hours. The sales person tried to push me off to another technician. I declined vehemently. After being super firm about not talking to yet another technician and asking to be transferred to someone in refunds, I was finally given a refund. I received an email detailing the amount. We will see if this is a lie too.

    I agree with many of the comments that it is not as good as it was before change of ownership. However if you get past the first responders who do try to up-sell, depending on the tech you get, the service can be average to very good. The last 2 tines I had problems I got a tech named Jan, and he not only fixed the problems, but explained everything he did. So he gets 5 stars.

    When you really need your computer, and it decides to go crazy the day before Thanksgiving, you need an outfit like USTech Support stat! I'm not good with computers, but USTech Support has always been patient with me whenever I have needed their help. They diagnosed the problem, ran systems checks and had my computer up and running in no time at all. Not only did they correct the issue, they put my computer through several tests that identified some critical issues I had not been aware of, which could have caused even greater problems in the future. I highly recommend them.

    I've had Us Tech Support for four or five years or so. I just resigned for three more years. I also have Ultimate Defense. I like this service because when I have a computer problem, I can call them 24/7. They always answer. They schedule a time according to my schedule. I think most of the people who are complaining don't understand how a business works. A business needs to be profitable. They can't have five or ten people just sitting around waiting for someone to call. If my problem needs immediate help, they take care of it right away. Sometimes I've had to wait awhile for a call back. I can understand that it's hard to estimate how many calls for service they will have ahead of time. Be reasonable people. Someone complained about getting a tech from the ***********. I'm glad to have a tech from there. They appreciate their jobs. They try hard to satisfy their customers. They speak good English. I wear hearing aids. But I can understand them. I am born and raised in the ***. I only speek English, I'm glad to have a Phillipino tech call me anyday.***** J ********, **
