    I was not happy with the chat. I asked how long it would take to get a Tech, they kept evading the question. "it will be soon we have techs standing by. After an hour I reached back out. Same BS, yet I did get the same chat *** who then said it normally takes 2 to 4 hours. I was angry! I said why didn't you just be honest from the beginning? Then I could have made an informed decision if I wanted to proceed or call someone else. I never did get a call from a tech within 4 hours. I had to call the company I spoke with ******* who was kind enough to stay on the line with me for another 20 minutes and finally got me to ***** Patio. ***** was the golden star of your company. If it was not for him you would get a 1 star review. He was so great I will have to give a higher star review. But you need to work on the chat. Stop saying the canned response "rest assured we will help you" It may have been true in the end, but how about a little up front honest that you may not hear from a tech for 4 to 5 hours!

    Excellent service. ********. Sometimes calls are not returned when promised. At times not until the next day. Also the answering ***** as instructed keep trying to sell additional products since the new management tool over.

    The actual Tech Support people are outstanding! They are very patient, supportive and willing to listen to help you with your computer situation. They are polite, speak very clearly and work very hard to satisfy the customer. The procedure to get to a Tech needs more attention, being that the person you first speak with is trying to sell you their products when that is the last thing you want to hear when your computer is down and not working. Suggestion is that you speak to sales person after your computer is fixed.****** L

    USTech Support will continue to be my go to for any kind of computer and computer related issues. They have always resolved the issues. Sometimes it takes a little longer like in my case. I very displeased with ** not being able to handle the problem when they installed the printer. US Tech Support resolved and issue which ** could not.
