I called upon the services of ustechsupport. I then was talking to a man in the Philipenes and frankly could not understand him. He then said he would close the support call and would phone back between 4-6 hours. He never did. I was given a call number (*******) and the next day I phoned your support line and advised by a lady that my call number was still active and that I would get a call. Another day went by without a call. The next day I received 1 or 2 calls from your support team but I was out. when I arrived home I did not receive any more calls that day.I then received an email asking me to give a time and date when I would be available. I sent the email telling them that I would be available from 3pm, onwards, for the rest of that day on Sunday 8th Dec.Nobody called !!I was called on Monday 9th Dec., and was connected to a ****** ******. He remotely connected with my computer and spent a while clearing all my problems. He then had the courtesy to phone me at the end of his time and I was very grateful for his help.USTech Support

I had so many issues with my computer today. My Elephant Drive was down, I couldn't access ****** Drive, and my computer was working extremely slowly. The technician fixed everything so now I can get back to work. Thanks, US Tech Support!!!USTech Support

They need to say how long it will be before a technician will get with you. The lower-level techs are great, but when I ran into a problem with their Elephant Drive software, the lower-level Tech was unable to resolve the problem. She referred me to a senior Tech and placed me on high priority. I waited over three hours for a phone call. Never heard from the Tech. Give people an estimate of long it will be. I had planned on doing something else during that time frame, but I had to stay by my computer waiting for the phone call that never came. Then when I called to demand a refund, the person I spoke with put me on hold and never came back. Called a second time and was given the runaround trying to get a refund for the worthless Elephant Drive software I had purchased. I created a password, but the software would not let me use it to login. I reset my password three times with no resolution. The customer service *** I spoke to did not want to refund my money until I threatened to call my credit card company and dispute the charge for non-delivery of the service I had paid for.USTech Support
