    The Technician was very friendly, professional, and patient with me as he explained everything to me. Answered all of my questions and took care of my computer, ipad, and iphone, as I felt that I was hacked or scammed.

    Even lhough all of my laptop problems were not resolved, I think that the one thing that remained was not showing up when he was tryng o work on my laptop. He worked quickly and it was a pleasure to work with him. Thanks for your efficiency and your the way you treated me. You quickly ubdersiid nt whad I was talkinv about even though I had a rough time using computefrr lanquage.

    The technicians are very. Knowledgeable and helpful. It was easy to understand each one I have dealt with, I think there were 3. They were each very pleasant and did not make me feel stupid, which I did. I actually felt relieved by the time I said goodbye.
