I think your **************** stinks. Your Products are not worth the material they are made with. The **************** Reps are all as DUMB as a Doorknob. No one speaks or understands English and has no idea what the customer is talking about. If you can't understand what the customer is saying, how can they help you? THEY CAN'T!!!. I purchased Ink from HP Insta Ink and they shut down my printer so I can NOT use it with insta ink and now my printer will NOT work. I called for help and said they can NOT help unless I pay them $5.00 for the ink I already paid for.Review fromMolly B

The HP Instant Ink program is a complete ****. I was lured into subscribing to this program as it was presented as risk-free. I found that I did not print enough pages to be worth the program. I canceled my subscription today and was informed that I would not be able to use the rest of the ink cartridges already in my printer. I will have to purchase brand new cartridges from a store even though the ones in my printer are mostly full. I can not find anywhere in the Terms of Service that states that this will happen upon cancellation. This program is punitive and predatory. Do not enroll.Review fromHailey C

Don't EVER buy any HP products, especially the instant ink subscription. This company doesn't deserve the 1 star it's getting. Instant ink is a scam. Not only did I not get cartridges before running out, but I paused my subscription and continued to get 2 charges on my credit card after that for it. When I reached out to support they said well I can make your next cycle free but you used your printer. Of course I used my printer. I paid to use my printer when I bought it from the store. I paid for the ink when I was paying $7.50 per month for 2 years. I paid for the paper when I went to Walmart and bought paper. Their response was you pay to print pages, the ink is free. I will be taking up all charges since I paused my subscription with the credit card company as fraudulent, because they are. I will also be seeing if I can block them from charging my card ever again. HP is nothing but a scam. They hope people are too busy to do anything about it or too ****** to notice they're charging them after the subscription is cancelled.Review fromDebra H

I cancelled my contact in May. I have a confirmation number and they continued to bill my credit card. I called again and cancelled my contact. They said that they could not cancel until August. She said that she found the confirmation number but it had not been cancelled. I told her that I wanted 2 months credited back to my account. She said that a manager would call me back in 3 to 5 business days. I called my credit card company and blocked them. HP said that there is a chip in the ink cartridge and that they will shut the ink off. The ink that I have already paid for. The ink that I have paid for, they want us to send it back to them. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEMReview fromJanet U

Enrolled in the HP InstaInk program. What they fail to tell you when you sign up is that they have control over your printer and have the ability to take your printer offline. At various times, my printer would not work or be offline for no apparent reason. A couple of times I had to reinstall my printer. When the date of my credit card expired, they froze my printer until I updated my expiration date on my credit card. I went to cancel my subscription with them and found out that when I cancelled my subscription with them, I had to replace all my ink cartridges because my printer would no longer work with their cartridges. As far as I'm concerned, the InstaInk program is a scam and should be avoided, or potential subscribers should be forewarned of the consequences.Review fromRoy Macomber

Who dares deny that HP computer service is not the worst in the world! I bought a HP laptop, placed an order on the HP website on 11/28/2021, bought an HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop - 15t-ed100 laptop, shipped to me on 9th December from China, I received this computer on 16th December Notebook, Serial Number: CND1481CTK. But it took only 2 months for the laptop to break, no internet access, and no sound from the speakers. It was sent to HP repair station for repair on March 19, 2022, and it was not repaired for more than 3 months! It was not until June 28, 2022 that I was asked to pick it up and said it was repaired, and I have been waiting for 100 days! , but I took the laptop home for testing, and I could access the Internet for a while, but not for a while. Finally, the laptop showed that the hardware was broken. What should I do? Paid $855 for a malfunctioning thing that couldn't be repaired! For this repair notebook, the repair time of 100 days (more than 3 months) is too long. What's worse is that it has not been repaired, and I still cannot access the Internet. The computer indicates that the network adapter hardware is faulty. I have crashed and I have no confidence to repair this computer again. , Requirements: Replace with another model laptop! I'm sure this is the worst service in the world, because I used to be a senior supervisor of computer and notebook repair services. For notebook repairs, there is a quick 2-hour repair, stand and wait, and the repair will be completed immediately. If it can't be completed in 2 hours, transfer to Repairs are completed within 3 working days, and 90% of laptop repairs are completed within 3 working days! Never seen the worst service in the world like HP!Review fromRobyn M

Horrible products period!!! I bought a computer and printer, they never worked, the computer crashed the first week of purchase and Office Max was kind enough to replace it for me for free. The printer never stays connected to my computer, I thought it would just PLUG AND PLAY like most other computers, HECK NAH, so i called HP and because the printer that never worked and sat on my office floor for 2 years was not out of WARRANTY and they want to charge me $20 just to give me tech support to get the printer connected to my computers, AND, where the heck are the freaking drivers!!!!!!! why cant i just re download them, they are holding the drivers hostage and making us pay for outdated drivers so that we will have to come back in another 6 weeks to get this service again or pay for an extended warranty. When are you going to SHUT THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY DOWN!!!!! Look at the reviews of ALL OF THIER PRODUCTS!! THEY DONT WORK!!!! I am stuck with products that do not work!!! If i could give ZERO STARS that would be too high!! BUYERS BEWARE!!! PLEASE REMOVE THEM FROM MAJOR CHAINS PLEASE AND GIVE US ALL A REFUND FOR THE NON WORKING PRODUCTS THEY HAVE PRODUCED.Review fromDawn C

Awful. I tried since April to get correct cartridges. Previously they sent 61/61XL, which worked. In April, HP ink changed what they sent for HP Envy 5535 to 61/301. It does not fit. It is not compatible. That is all they will send. End of story.Review fromTina P

I would leave zero stars if could. I bought a HP 8025e all in one printer paid for the extended warranty and paid for the instant ink since you can't print, fax or copy without the instant ink service and HP Smart app. I had the printer for a little over a year and it quit working. The printer says connected to internet but HP Smart app says not connected to web services so will not print, fax or copy. Spent 2 hours with tech support both HP and Instant ink no one could get it to work HP says it's instant ink account issue and instant ink says its a HP issue. Eventually after 2 hours they told me they would mail me ink and once I got the new ink it would fix the problem even though I just put new HP ink cartridges in the printer that came from HP. I think the whole HP app and instant ink is a racket to take your money. I told them to forget it. I trashed the stupid HP printer and bought a different one. Very unsatisfied with HP. I will never buy and HP product again.
