      I purchased a HP laptop 11/2022 that stopped working in 07/2022. Error message indicates BITLOCKER RECOVERY password ** needed, a feature I've never set up on my laptop. All troubleshooting steps failed with HP and Windows are both placing blame on each other leaving me holding the bag for wasting $410. This product did not last a year and I want a refund or a replacement device.

      I have NEVER filed a complaint against any company, but HP Instant Ink is unbelievable!!! They charge you per sheet of paper that you use, never taking into consideration how much ink that you actually use. We went in at a lower contract amount because we were not using the printer much. Recently, our number of pages has increased. They charged ** a lot of money extra. When I asked them to cancel because I can easily buy ink cartridges on-line at a cheaper price, they informed me that the cartridges that I now have - that I received because of the number of pages that we recently printed and have paid for, will not work in our printer after the month end. CRAZY - I received these cartridges because I have paid for them. Don't ever let them talk you into this plan!!!!!

      I'm frustrated with hp online order ****************. I just wanted to change the configuration of the laptop order to 4k UHD screen after the order was placed. The order status was still at received and not in assembly. However, the agent stated it is too late and they have to ship the order first before I can return. What a waste of energy and resources. Very frustrated. At the time of this complaint, the order status still not shipped yet. However, the agent insisted that they would still ship the laptop out even though I don't want it.

      I purchased an HP printer with an extended warranty. The printer was damaged and after multiple attempts and almost 4 hours of being transferred from one person to another I got someone over in the warranty department who told me that I needed to wait for a case manager to contact me in order to have my printer replaced. I received a call almost 2 weeks later and the case manager offered me a replacement. Replacement finally came in after 2 more weeks and came in broken. They sent an used, refurbished printer with loose parts inside! I've been trying to contact the case manager for the past 3 days and he is not responding to my calls or my emails. They dare to send a notification of charging me for the replacement broken, used printer if I do not return the original one. This is the worst **************** a business can have, and the warranty is not worth it.

      Great price but it says "cancel any time!" But it doesn't say IF you cancel, all the ink cartridges you haven't used yet that you have saved up, will not work! How on earth would they control or want to turn off control over an ink cartridge!?

      Hello, I purchased a HP printer 4100 a year ago and after that didn't want to print I call to technical support and after 3 times one and a half hours each time they told me to purchase another printer because mine didn't communicate with the computer which I did and purchase from HP a 7200 series printer 30 days ago and now I can't print again, call technical support for one and a half hour they said the print can't be enrolled with instant ink program that you have and there is nothing else they can do and advice to purchase ink somewhere else not to instant ink.
      I am very frustrated with this; I think to make a complaint to BBB because I purchase 2 printers and they don't print and your technical support people is not good enough to resolve the problems these printers have.

      I placed an order for an HP Envy laptop, it was a custom order. I ordered this laptop on August 7th with the expected shipping date of August 17th and delivery was to be expected around the 22nd. They revised my shipping date to September 2nd, and this was not going to work for me due to the fact that I needed the computer to start classes. So, I called on August 22nd to cancel the order after they revised the shipping date. In my email, it allows me to tract the process of the build and at this point, they were still gathering parts for my laptop. I placed the cancelation request and the supervisor stated that it wouldn't be an issue due to the fact that they were still gathering my parts. The next day they sent an email that stated my cancelation request was denied so I called and spoke with someone who requested a refund for me and have yet to hear back. Today I receive an email that my order has been shipped. This process is absolutely ridiculous. I refuse to pay a restocking fee because I called days before this computer was put together. I should not have to hassle with shipping it back or any of this nonsense. I would never recommend an HP to anyone because this process has been horrible!!

      BEWARE OF HP TELEPHONE BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM!!! I called in to order a laptop on 8/26/2022. The representative who took my order worked out pricing with me to include the laptop, multiport hub, and a 3-year Care Pack. The price was very good, and I was pleased. I asked the man to reconfirm the order, and specifically that the Care Pack was included. He assured me it was. He told me it would show up in the order confirmation email. I received the email... no Care Pack was included, so I called back in. The next guy tried to sell me lots of things, including the Care Pack that was supposed to have been part of my order. He told me it wasn't part of my order but he could add it for $200. After explaining what happened multiple times, and a few attempts by him to sell me software, printers and ink refill packages, I asked him to escalate to a manager. He agreed, and dumped my call into a hold queue.  After 40 minutes of lousy hold music, and a parallel-but-futile attempt  to work through the Chat feature, I was connected to a different frontline sales person who knew nothing of the order! This woman again tried to sell me the Care Pack I had previously  purchased, but agreed to connect me to her manager. I asked her to stay on the line while she transferred my call, she said she would... BUT she quickly dumps my call into a technical support queue and disappears. Meanwhile, the Chat person is trying to sell me the entire order all over at a much higher price. By now, I'm curious just how horribly HP would treat me before this sad experience ended. So I hung in there on both Chat and the phone. The Chat person finally suggests that a manager should review the call to see if the sales person did what I claim he did. I agreed with this, but then she tells me she'll get back with me in 24-48 hours! They took my money quick enough, but now it's going to take 2 days to figure out what the guy committed to selling me??? I think not. In the meantime, my phone call is still

      This review is for hp tech support which probably is outsources overseas like india. But it comes down to HP which they mishandles consumers informations and sell informations to third parties. Be aware of provinf any sensative information to these cockroaches.

      This is the worst scam I have ever seen. My printer was printing until about 3 weeks ago. HP instant ink sent a message to my printer that it would not connect to the web services and to update with HP instant ink. I followed all of the steps but the printer would not connect. I called and the tech person did the exact same steps I did but it still would not print. Finally I called again, and spoke to a different tech, he did the same thing. It wasn't until I told him that I was going to cancel the subscription that he connected my printer back to the instant ink web services. My printer connected instantly. I am not happy with this because they make it seem like if you cancel and by your own ink, it will be fine. Too many people have complained about this ink and getting the same messages. We all can't have bad cartridges.
