    Dear BBB Representative,I am writing to file a complaint regarding the unjust banning of my account in the Valorant game. My account ID is ScoLdEcHo#GGEZ , and on March 2024, I discovered that my account had been banned for a duration of 100 years. However, prior to this ban, I had not received any warnings or notifications regarding any violations of the user agreement, which has left me feeling extremely confused and disappointed.I want to emphasize that I have always been a loyal player of ******** and have consistently adhered to the game's user agreement. I have never intentionally violated any game rules or engaged in any misconduct.What adds to my confusion is the fact that I did not receive any prior notification regarding any misconduct before the ban. This indicates a lack of effective communication between Riot Games and its players. I believe that as a responsible gaming company, they have an obligation to provide clear warnings and notifications to players before taking action.Therefore, I am seeking BBB's assistance in requesting a review of this ban from Riot Games and the reinstatement of my account.     Hi today I got banned in wild rift without any reason last game I played is been 3 days ago today in the morning I just tried on custom to see if I can play with my internet after 2 hours I tried to log in and I see that I got perma banned. Dont have any information about my ban on email. I want to get unbanned cuz I dont do nothing wrong I got my account for about 3 years and played above 1000 games on it without any bans.     My Account has been permanently blocked without any explanation, I sent a ticket directly to support and I did not receive any response, they closed my ticket without any response, I have invested time and money in this game for this to remain like this unfairly. If there is anything or anything to appeal said thing I would like you to contact me. I have spent a lot of money, the amount of 438 dollars, it is not fair.

    I have spent over 500 on League of Legends (server is Europe West and my username is marcuddles) and I was unfairly banned from it. My computer was hacked in order to get me banned and the customer support refused to hear an explanation, because according to them I unequivocally used hacks in the game. I do not know what else to do, trying to gather proof of what happened has been excruciating and to be entirely refused help is absurd, especially because my account was not even used to ruin other people's games. I hope you can help me find a solution to this.

    Riot games and their video game - league of legends continually degraded in quality while continually charge more money for content. Most recently they have mythic variants of legendary skins that are locked behind a $200 paywall, and are now watering down and reducing the attractiveness of regular legendary skins and putting the features onto this $200 dollar skin, this is a predatory practice and truly wish they would get action taken against them for their predatory practices. Businesses exist to serve customers yet they only care for packing the pockets of their shareholders.This should also be considered gambling since there is an extremely low percentage to get the mythic variant before spending $200 to unlock it which is illegal in many states.

    My account got banned for being suspected of cheating when I have testimony and evidence that I was not cheating in any shape or form. I pleaded with them since September 23, 2023. My ex boyfriend who was found and accused of using harmful software on his ** got banned. I innocently logged on to his ** and my account got caught in the crossfire, got banned without warning me that the ** was compromised until after I got banned. I didn't even get to play the game the account was just banned. On my ** that I am currently using was in storage at the time, and I was unaware that my ex was a cheater both in real life and at video games. I spoke to Riot about what happened exactly how I've explained to you and they refuse to unban to unsuspend my account. I believe there should be a better warning system because I would never pay for in game cosmetics just to cheat at a game. $309.87 gone down the drain. If they can unsuspend my account I will be more than happy with that outcome. But if not I'd like my money back because I made a whole new account. I am a content creator and I have to play with my audience.

    On January 24th 2024, I noticed that Riot Games permanently suspended my access to my WildRift (one game that belongs to Riot Game) account. I contacted their player support to address this issue and dispute the allegations, I said I could provide any information they need to prove my innocence and asked them to provide more details to explain why they suspended my access. However, other than telling me that they detected the usage of third-party program on my account, they could not provide any more details. I told them Ive never used any program like that in the game, and asked them to re investigate my case, but their player support just closed my ticket and said they do not want the conversation keep it in a circle, and upheld the ban of my account without clear explanations. I have been playing this game for almost 3 years, and I have spent approximately $1000 (1300CAD) on this game, I can provide the receipt of each payment that I made if it is necessary. Now I lost all my resources that put in this game and all the friends that I made during this 3 years, and Riot just left me here without any chance to resolve my issue. I have no reason to use the account that I value that much to do anything risky. I request Riot the lift the ban on my account and provide me more information about this situation.     During the use of one of Riot Games Inc.'s (henceforth just referred to as Riot Games) products, called Valorant, I was unjustly banned from using their services for the use of "third-party software" (which I did not use) on October 1st, 2023. I proceeded to be in contact with Riot Games over the course of October via their support ticketing system in order to:1) Understand the source of this unjustified ban 2) Reverse the ban 3) Prevent future occurrences of this if I were unbanned Through my many conversations with Riot Games' support staff, I have no better idea as to the cause of the ban. I tolerated a month of unhelpful responses and lots of downtime between responses and, as per their terms of service agreement, after a month has passed of trying to resolve a dispute with Riot Games I am *********** submit a "Demand for Arbitration to ***" (Section 16.9 of their terms of service). On November 1st, 2023 I submitted such a demand to the ******************************** (***). Over the next two months, my case was being processed and the *** sent out a notice to Riot Games that they are obligated (by their terms of service and by the ***) to pay in accordance of $900. This cost is split between a "$300 additional expedited review fee" and a "$600 Registry fee." The *** sent out an initial notice on December 18th with a deadline of January 2nd, but Riot Games did not comply with the payment to the ***. The *** sent out a final notice on January 3rd with a deadline of January 17th, but Riot Games did not comply with the payment to the ***. As such, the *** had no choice but to close the case and refuses to arbitrate it.Riot Games has not only violated their terms of service by banning me unjustifiably (since I am innocent, have not done as they suggest, and refuse to demonstrate otherwise or inform me of their reasoning) they have committed an even more serious violation of their terms of service in denying me my consumer rights.

    Riot Games has introduced a life threatening/ seizure inducing animation to the game Team Fight Tactics. These animations are typically refereed too as Chibi Kill Animations. Riot games has no way of turning off these animations for people with epilepsy or photosensitive. The 7 sec animation is forced upon the player with no way of making this safe. **** has stated this is de to people spending money on these animations and will not make these animations safe to ******** is my personal opinion that the grievous danger of these animation require action and a company losing money is not a good enough excuse to keep a seizure inducing element in the game with NO way of making it safe to view. As is the game Team Fight Tactics offers no way of turning off these chibi kill animations. The compnay has been told hundreds of times how dangerous these animations are. This game is for kids and even the most diligent child will be affected by this life threatening and seizure inducing aspect of the game. Simply because the company refuses to allow the user/gamer tun off these dangerous animations.

    Riots game TFT has something called "chibi finishers" which are sudden, unskippable animations when a player is eliminated. These animations are at a significantly louder volume than the rest of the game. They are also brighter and include bright strobing light animations. They have caused me headaches and as well as eye/ear pain and can induce stress.
