    Had a complaint with the company over a Yuumi game where I got chat warned for doing nothing wrong and even got honored by most of my teammates. The moderator presiding over the case said "too bad, turn off your chat feature if you don't want to be warned again". Specifically they said:"At its core, the chat feature is supposed to be used for efficient communication that is conducive to good team play (or having a fun time talking to new friends!). When abused in this way, like through insults, or the use of inappropriate language your account is liable to be penalized. I would recommend using the chat proactively to help the team instead of using inappropriate language. If you would like a different suggestion, I would recommend turning off your chat and no longer typing in chat to help prevent any negativity."I did nothing wrong, they had my chat logs to see it, and can't do anything to fix it because their new chat system uses bots to monitor chat. I had a fun time with new friends and it got spoiled by their AI chat monitoring system. Through no fault of my own I can get banned and lose my honor season rewards and the moderators will say "well that *****, maybe you should just turn off chat to avoid this". Like NO, this game is a communication-based game. Me having fun with no racism, no harassment, no anything negative shouldn't get me banned. They will shift responsibilities and this is near legal litigation levels of 1st amendment abuse.I want help to make sure this never happens again, or I will keep this review up for the rest of my life.

    I made a purchase of "Chibi Lux" in Riot Games' online game "League of Legends" on December 12, 2022 for **** RP or Riot Points (in game currency amounting to approximately $20). This is a bundle of the tactician "Chibi Lux" and the Boom called "Final Spark". These are both in-game cosmetics. The purchase was made on my account with the in game name, "Magical Grl". Please note there is a special character in place of the "i" in girl. I bought this bundle specifically for the tactician, Chibi Lux. All previous tacticians I have bought can be equipped in ARAM games (a specific game mode), and I bought her for this purpose. Nothing on the purchase page states that the Chibi cannot be used for this purpose (image included). However, after buying I realized that I could not equip it for ARAM--and therefore had no use for it. The only official information I could find saying that Chibi tacticians cannot be equipped in ARAM was a blog post from last year (link: ************************************************************************************). I contacted Riot Games support about getting a refund, and they refused to provide one, stating they couldn't contradict their policy of not refunding bundles. This is false advertising, because all other tacticians can be used this way and I had no way of knowing that the Chibi ones could not be. It isn't reasonable to assume that everyone who makes this purchase would read one blog post from last year. Basically, I bought the item due to reasonable assumptions of use, there was no indication on the purchase page that it couldn't be used this way (false advertising through omission of important information), and Riot Games support refused to refund me since I purchased a "bundle". I would like to have my account refunded for the **** RP (in-game currency) that I spent. I've included an image of my purchase history.Thank you very much for your help with this and let me know if you need any more information from me!

    The customer service is terrible I have spent over $500 on their services and my account was hacked into through their own security and they have yet to assist me in recovering my account they keep running me in circles doing nothing. I have provided them with receipts and all the info that I could possibly provide and yet they have refused to assist me and have done nothing to try and assist me.

    I've been a player and paying customer of league of legends since roughly 2015, and for most of my account activity I had never received any punishments and kept a high honor rating since that feature was added to the game. Nearer to when my account received its permanent ban I had some games with very toxic teammates that were sabotaging my performance and said some things they shouldn't have said and I did as well. I feel I was discriminated against but no consideration was given to many years of perfect behavior. They didn't ban or punish the other players in any way who said similar things to me and I lost an account and my friends list that I had been growing and enjoying for nearly a decade, spending thousands of dollars. I feel this punishment and lack of genuine consideration to my issues is inexcusable and frankly unacceptable from a company of this size, especially given my otherwise great reputation and generous spending on cosmetics. I feel it is only fair that I receive the money I spent on my account back as a refund as I no longer have access to the things I rightfully purchase and should have access to, or I receive access to my account again. I think it is simply unfair that I can be a in such a high standing for nearly a decade, spend thousands of dollars on a game and company I trust, then lose it all without any recourse.

    Good evening.
    Today I logged into my account in the game "Wild Rift" and saw that there was an update to the items in the store.
    I went ahead and checked what was new - I've seen some items in the "Offers" section, and then I checked the "Bundles" section.
    Now... Bundles in the game usually include a group of items at a reduced price - that's always been the case.

    I end up seeing an item named "Supreme Cells Random Skin Chest" which implies that the bundle will give a Random skin from this "Supreme Cells" collection.
    I open the bundle to check what items are included in them, to see 5 items that I thought were pretty good for the price.
    I proceeded then to purchase them and be surprised by the fact I only got *ONE* of the 5 shown items of the bundle. Apparently this "Bundle" only includes one of the items in it, and players are supposed to gamble for the chance to get one of the 5 items that were being shown.

    This is not the case for *ANY* other item in the "Bundles" section of the store. All of them only show items that ARE INCLUDED in that purchase.
    The fact they included this item in the "Bundles" section is extremely deceiful - not even including a sentence above the items shown saying "Includes ONE of the following" or any kind of warning - it's an attempt to make players think this is *actually* a 5-item bundle and trick them into purchasing it only to find out after they've been scammed.

    They refuse to refund the item saying "It's bundled content" when that isn't even the case.
    It was inserted in the "Bundles" section as a way to deceive players, but isn't any kind of bundle; just an attempt at deceiving players out of their money and excuse themselves to not refund the players.
    Best case scenario, this item was wrongly put on the "Bundles" section and players who were tricked should be refunded.
    Worst case scenario, this item was put there on purpose to scam players on purpose.

    Either case, refunds should be done for people who need it.

    My account has been suspended for no clear reason and Riot refuses to send any information regarding the suspension. I have also waited almost 5 business days for a response on my ticket.

    Because they refuse to let me play on my account that I spent over 1000CAD on without clear reason and repeatedly continue to offer poor customer support service, on top of being presented multiple technical issues that has made my experience with the game stressful, I am going through this venue to receive a response from Riot.

    This is my last resort before I refuse to give another dollar to this company.

    A few months ago I had to give up my computer. Once i got it back, I got on ********, and boom. I was banned. I tried to get an explanation by emailing ********, but they said that it was permanant and can not change it. it would be greatly appreciated if you can help. Thanks.

    Hello,

    I have been permanently suspended from the game for incorrectly communicating with other players. I'd like to start this by saying that the report system and the automated suspension system is flawed. The community is filled with toxic players, which I do not think I'm a part of, because I only react to the already existing toxicity there is.

    I play the jungle role and the amount of pressure this role gets is astounding. I get flamed every game just for not ganking or helping a lane, or if the Mid lane starts dieyng repeatedly, and it's in duo with the top laner, they will report me just for not "helping" or not playing how they would like me to. This is stressful, and they will just start cursing at you, writing in all chat, asking other people to help you report you, when all you've done is just try to play the game your best.

    Riot games expects us to just let this happen, they will punish you if you even try to respond to any curse they throw at you. This is not how normal human behaviour works, if someone is insulting you it will make you stressed, mad, you will maybe stop trying your best, and eventually you will want to react back and tell them a few things. So this company solution is to mute all chat, block all communication with everyone, and just communicate with what, pings?

    Instead of addressing the real problem, which is the toxic players actually starting a fight, isntead of the people reacting to it, stating that it takes 2 people to have an arguement, they should have a more evaluated system on how to permanently ban someone.

    In this case, I got ganged up by my 4 other teammates for not helping them. We had a very good jungler on the other team, which rolled every single one. Not my fault, im not a challenger player and i play in Gold. But somehow im supposed to keep quiet when 4 other people flame me.

    I'd like this permanent suspension to be revoked because I've spent money and time on this game,and this is not the way it should be

    Had a VALORANT account that was worth around 800 dollars and was banned permanently, first time offense, and it was for something that wasn't done intentionally. They refuse to share what it was that got me banned and also refuse anyway of me gaining this account back. Their customer support takes years to answer, only to be met with no resolution to the problem.
