Hello, today I want to explain the extent of my extreme sadness and the injustice I suffered from the game Valorant. On May 1, 2024, I was playing the game with my friends, and my account happened to be automatically logged out without any message received via my email. When I enter the account, a message is sent with a special code so that you can log in. The hacked person changed all the things in the account, including the personal name. I contacted Riot to recover my account and send all the main information for the account, and my account was recovered. Indeed, I changed all the personal information, and before that, I checked my device before doing anything to make sure that there was nothing that would harm the account or be hacked again. Finally, I did not find anything. I restored the account and took all the security in the game and linked it to all my platforms and protection through the 2FA code. On 5/5/2024, the problem was repeated again and I entered the account without receiving anything I could do.Prove this through emails. I have contacted Riot a number of times and nothing has been of any benefit. All the messages are that my account has been closed, as this is a right and a danger to customers in ********. Can you explain to me how to hack an account without entering any code, changing the password, or changing a personal email? ? Is this my security system? I don't understand and I can't understand how this happens? I want to recover my account or recover the money that I spent on my account. I spent over $1K on this video game. My account got hacked and then Riot Games banned the account for cheating and/or 3rd party software and punished me for the fact that a hacker was able to bypass email authentication and access the game that I spent $1K on. I tried to resolve this issue with Riot Games through their support system, but they were entirely unhelpful, dismissive and rude to me. All I wanted was my account to be restored given it was hacked, but they closed off communication with me and won't talk or try and reach a conclusion on the matter. Recently, I found out that my account has been banned, which made me feel very shocked and helpless. As a loyal player of the game, I was caught off guard by this sudden ban, and my mood has hit rock bottom as a result. I have always been a passionate gamer, so this ban not only affected my experience of the game, but also made me feel like one of the important pillars of my life had been taken out of my hands.In fact, I haven't played in a few months. A while ago, due to work and life commitments, I had to put the game down for a while to focus on other matters. However, when I tried to log back in recently, I found that my account had been banned. After some investigation, I found that my account had seen a lot of suspicious activity unrelated to me during the time I was inactive. It was even more disturbing because these operations were not from my own hand.I realised that my account may have been hacked and exploited for some irregularities, which directly led to the banning of my account. This discovery made me feel very painful and helpless. game account got banned permanently due to none-sense policy, in April 2023. the other bad players had no penalty, but mine still can't be logged on. I am attempting to receive previous copies of Terms of Service from Riot Games. They have forced a username change citing it is vulgar. The Username was created over a decade ago and I am looking to see how their terms of service have changed (if at all) about this specific subject. I am attempting to see if their terms did indeed change or if they are changing the way their terms are enforced.I have spent some money over the years and countless hours using the Username I chose all that time ago. Having it suddenly changed without proof of the change in terms is frustrating, especially as they so readily dismiss my concerns. Riot and their video game League of Legends has now caused two computers I own to be rendered completely unusable. I traveled around the end of May 2024 and returned in late June 2024 and updated League of Legends to its new version that included Vanguard. When I did so, my pc eventually was bricked and Alienware had to completely change out a part in order for it to come back. I have moved and attempted to use my previous gaming pc and upon turning it on received the exact same error codes I was receiving on my Alienware pc. The only problem is now it wont boot up at all and this pc is not covered as it is custom-built. The company is claiming its program isnt causing this issue but this is now two separate pcs with the same error codes.Initial Complaint

This is regarding the purchase of the in-game item "Targon Celstial Bundle amounting to 9980 coins, $60 USD (or Rm300 in my country). As attached, their own patch notes from their own website states that platinum vault will give "no duplicates". Upon purchasing, I received 50 duplicate fragments which became 500 Stardust (I missed the third picture but have attached 40 duplicate fragment screenshot which became 400 Stardust). Upon asking their support (ticket number #*********), they said that "it was as invented (intended)", despite not mentioning in any patch notes and closed their ticket. I am merely asking for a correction (to remove the 500 Stardust and give back the 50 shards), but instead they closed their ticket.This is false advertising, as they claimed no duplicate in their notes, yet their purchases gives duplicate, which is deceptive advertising.Initial Complaint

Ive been playing valorant since 2021. I have bought every battle pass and a ton of skins in the game. Its my favorite hobby. My bank statements say Ive spent around 4.2k on this game. About 2 weeks ago my bf got his account hacked and got hwid banned when trying to log into it. It was a ban 152 and it said third party software. Hes never cheated and never downloaded any time of third party software to change or affect his game play in any way. When I logged into my account it said I needed to enable secure boot. My motherboard was too old to run secure boot enabled in my bios so I would need a new motherboard to run the game. I thought okay Ill go buy one soon. After my bf got banned I logged into my account to make sure mine was good even though I couldnt enable secure boot it would still let me log in like normal but would kick me out of the game after a few minutes. This time however a message popped up saying I was permanently suspended due to third party software and **** banned also. I was completely shocked. Ive never cheated or used any type of third party software. Also keep in mind that my bf and I dont play together at all. I solo que ranked mostly and have only peaked gold 2. In the last two years I have stayed silver/ gold. Im not great at the game and Im okay with it. I just love improving. I am all for riot games having a anti cheat that bans cheaters because that ruins the integrity of the game and its not fun to deal with. But I never expected this to happen to my bf and i.. I have a strong feeling that I am being banned because Im associated with my bfs account in some way or because we have the same ip address. Nothing else makes sense. This is completely unjust and when I reached out to riot support they did nothing to help. They said my ban was correctly placed. I know it was not for a fact because I know what I do. I am filing a complaint against Riot Games for unfair business practices and failure to adhere to transparent and consistent disciplinary policies.On 3/18/2024, I received a six-month ban on my League of Legends account for allegedly playing with a scripter and being boosted. At the time of my ban, Riot Games' documentation stated that the punishment for queueing with a booster was a two-week suspension.However, following my ban, I discovered that Riot Games updated their rules post facto, specifically on 3/21 and 4/21, to reflect the six-month ban now cited in their communication with me. This retroactive change was applied to my account without any prior notice or acknowledgement of the discrepancy. Despite providing clear evidence of the timeline of these changes, Riot Games has refused to address or acknowledge the issue.I have repeatedly contacted Riot Games' support team, providing detailed information about the rule changes and requesting a review of my case. Unfortunately, their responses have been dismissive, stating that it is my responsibility to know the rules, even though the rules were changed after my ban was issued.This has caused significant frustration and feels fundamentally unfair, as I am being punished based on rules that were not in place at the time of the alleged infraction. I believe this practice is deceptive and unjust, and I seek assistance from the BBB in resolving this matter.Desired Outcome:An official acknowledgment from Riot Games of the post facto rule changes and an admission of error in my case.Immediate reversal of the six-month ban on my account and restoration of my account privileges.Assurance that Riot Games will review and revise their disciplinary policies to ensure transparency and fairness for all players.Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
