After playing League of Legends sense 2009 I have accumulated enough proof and data to show that Riot does not actively take action against people who are targeting members of their community. After going back and forth with emails, they are aware of the issue but doing nothing to correct it. If they know that I am being targeted and doing nothing to correct it, then they are breaking their own TOS and Mission Statement. A company's mission statement is legally binding. Now, I want to know sense they are breaking their own legally binding mission statement, what steps are needed to begin holding them accountable for their negligence?

My ***************** account was banned a few months ago. Found out I could request my data. So I did just that. After a month I receive an incomplete data folder. The reports/reported file is empty, My date of birth has been change as well as various other account information. I was looking for some sort of closure and evidence from when my account was banned. The tool on their website that checks for recent games where you have been reported by your teammates shows my account was reported 0 times in the last 20 games. Yet they still permanently banned my account. I have spent thousands of dollars on this account. If they are going to take all that money and restrict access to my purchases then I should at least be informed and shown some evidence for such a punishment.. I have had this account for over 10 years and never had any problems with support until recently. This company hides behind its lengthy terms of service and lawyers while it lies and acts as judge jury and executioner on all of its heavily invasive policies. A company that is manipulating and withholding data from its users should be investigated and audited by a governing agency. Where there's smoke there is usually fire. If nothing else I would hope this can prompt some sort of audit or legal evaluation. If they are willing to fudge some users data or simply withhold incriminating data. Then who is to say they aren't claiming false deductions or Ignoring overseas income.

This is the list they provide for data requests:
Your Summoner name, username, and server
The phone number attached to your account
    Your registered date of birth
Aggregate report history, including reports made and received from the last 3 months (or the past 100 games)
In-game chat logs for the last 3 months (or the past 100 games)
Login history for the last 3 months
    Player Support ticket history
    Account modifications
All store transactions (skins, champions, etc.)
    All monetary (RP) purchases

attached is what they sent me
