We moved my son into the in on August 2023. The staff was very rude and very dismissive. We had 24 hours to turn in an inspection list and we did completed and turn it into the office before ******************************************************************************* August still have not been addressed and its December. we have turned in several maintenance requests. And October I went in to talk to the woman about the maintenance request and she was very rude and said that they will get to it but she didnt see a request placed until October. We placed several of them from August until October. My son didnt have keys for his bedroom and he requested those time and time again finally after talking to someone in the office we got keys in October. Parents were promised that the gate would be closed and there would be safety and residence will get a code. Gate is still open all these months later. I pay my sons rent one month or two months early. For ******* I am trying to pay his rent and the site is down. we were sent an email December 20Th letting us know the site will go down on December 21st. Unfortunately, I did not see the email until the 21st. I tried contacting the office and the phone just disconnects. I tried the local *********** number and its been disconnected. The email states that the site will be down until December 28.Th and it is December 30 and the site is still down with no access. I refuse to pay a late fee for ******* 1 rent when I cant even get in touch with anyone. I have signed up to chat with no response, tried calling, tried emailing their corporate office. Not a great experience and definitely not great customer service.Trinity Property Consultants

I have been living here since May 1st, 2023. On my move in day I got here at my scheduled time of 12pm. They told me they had lost the keys. Took them until 5pm to get into my unit and put in a new lock. My unit had not been cleaned, had paint touched up, or had necessary repairs made.Next, when I paid my first months rent and security deposit, they deposited my check into someone else's account! Took 1.5 months to fix it and credit my account.Once summer started I went to go try the pool. It did not open all summer. Full of black water. The "courtyard" area is dirty and the grills are covered by a broken roof. Neighbors are awful and careless. They blast their speakers in the garage to the point where I can feel the vibration on the 4th floor! Trash is left everywhere. Laundry rooms are full of trash on the floor. Trash room has garbage every where. Management is the worst of the worst. They never respond to call/emails. Maintenance closes out work orders without fixing the problem. In November our mailboxes were broken into, and its now been 2 weeks and management has not addressed the issue nor fixed the mailboxes. I have called many times and left a voicemail every time with no response. I am having to forward my mail to someone elses house. Very frustrating and disappointing. I cant believe the lack of customer service this place has.Trinity Property Consultants

They only gave us THIRTEEN MINUTES from the email notice to the time OUR car was towed so they could paint the parking lot at **************** in *********** *********.. They towed everyone's vehicles! The office knew they forgot to send notice until the last minute. It cost over $300 to get my vehicle from the impound lot. This is absolutely unethical and negatively impacted my life. Please address this situation and offer assistance to the tenants affected.Trinity Property Consultants

I contacted the leasing office at ******************** on the 10th of October and still have not received a response. It is now the 26th of October. I contacted them to inquire about lease termination options due to extenuating circumstances. Theres no clear contact information on the site, no listing of a property manager, the leasing office doesnt answer the phone. Theres an online portal to email the leasing team as well but no response there either.. The other day an unknown person from the leasing or maintenance also entered my apartment without notification!Trinity Property Consultants

***************, *******, ** - I have been trying to get management to lock the fitness center doors after hours as well as adjust the hours to 10AM-8PM. I live directly above the fitness center and my apt constantly shakes and items rattle because those in the gym slam the weights. Not only this but they do this at all hours of the night. Most apts I have rented from have keyfobs or access cards with specific hours and the lights are out and doors locked when the gym is closed. I have suggested this as well. I have just recety moved in and when me and my son first went in our apt was horrible. There was wires hanging from one of the bedroom light fixtures, the bathroom toilet paper holderwas riped from the wall, water was leaking from the other bedroom closet and the light had to be changed there, not to mention the washer did not work, there was no hot water and the dishwasher was pulled out. I tried to over look these problems but the gym is another story. My nerves are on end, can't sleep and when I do fall asleep I am awaken with the apt shaking and rattling along with the constant bouncing of *****. Whywould youbuild apts on top of a fitness center and not sound proof it or at least offer the tenants a significant rent decrease if they choose to live there. I am still trying to get a resolution with this problem. Not even offered a different apt, nothing. I found out recently that this apt recently re-opened after a gas explosion. I wish I would have been aware BEFORE ************.Trinity Property Consultants

The Social North ******* needs more reliable management, more maintenance, more attention to repairs. In the four years that we have lived here there have been 5 leasing directors, and over 26 leasing agents. Why cannot Trinity keep a staff that is knowledegable about the building and the neighborhood? The staffing turnover is Right now we have no water pressure: no water in the kitchen or the bathrooms. The leasing manager disappeared over a week ago. Fewer leasing agents and more maintenance and cleaning staff would be most welcome. The student residents are wonderful and their parents have no idea what they are getting into.Trinity Property Consultants

The is for the **** Simply put, everyone associated with the management of this property should be ashamed! My daughter signed the contract for a 1-Bed Apt, paid deposit, drove 1000miles with all her stuff for a new job, just to be told they didnt have her apartment or any apartment for that matter. Who does that to someone? After waiting for hours for them to throw some doors on a recently renovated apartment, we were permitted to check it out. Keeping it real, I wouldnt want a homeless person to be subjected to the condition of that place. There was black mold visible in the A/C vents, the recently painted kitchen cabinets and drawers were broken and/or only held together by the new paint. The new carpet looked new, as in it had never been used because it was made 20 years ago and someone found a bunch of it hidden in the basement of a warehouse forgotten about since *******. The shower insert was old, stained, and spiderweb cracked top to bottom. Every wall had a myriad of patches and surfaces that looked terrible. I could go on and on but I think you get the point. This place was heinous and the person who showed it to us said she was meticulous and super picky. ******* checked her integrity at the door. Please, for the love of God, do not move here or subject your children to this place. It is as bad or worse than the reviews I found after my daughter signed the contract. Needless to say, she does not live there and found suitable housing far away from The **** Oh and now I am having to fight to get her deposit back because they wont answer the phone and not even their off-site employees (who cannot help with refunds) can get them to contact me. STAY AWAY at all costs.Trinity Property Consultants

***, thank you for your feedback on your daughter's experiences. It is sad to learn that both of you decided our community was not up to your standards. Please know that we take incidents like these seriously and will use your comments to help us reevaluate our policies and procedures. With your help, we will be able to improve the service offered to all our current and future residents. We wish your daughter all the best in her new home.Review fromSabrina W

The conditions I received my unit in were a nightmare! The front door was very dirty with a chard coating as if there was a fire in the location, my assigned unit smelled of smoke and marijuana, the bedroom door was broken and hanging from the hinges, the common area stove in the kitchen was old and in a inappropriate state, the carpet was very dirty and moldy. I also witnessed a fight on the property while leaving, which made me feel even more unsafe here. My move in date was August 18th, the apartment however was not ready which further justify my right to be released from the lease, the apartment was not ready to receive any tenant this is therefore a breach of contract and false advertisement. The reason given was that the establishment was having issues with their key machine. This issue resulted in $330 in hotel fees which was undue hardship caused by the social 2700 inability to prepare and have the apartment ready for their tenant. To add insulted injury, the key that was administered the following day on August 19th did not work, the only way i was able to access the apartment was because the door was unlocked. When I raised my concern with manager *****************, i was told that since I am an international student It would be impossible to find a replacement tenant this is not only an unprofessional behavior this is also discrimination against a foreign national. I feel I was discriminated against because i am an international student and therefore was given the apartment and bullied into finding a replacement because Im non American. The state law prohibits landlords from forcing tenants no matter their origin to remain in an uninhabitable place. The landlord is obligated to provide appropriate accommodation to their tenants. The way I was treated by social **** management team is unacceptable Do not go there!!Trinity Property Consultants

Where should I start. I have been living in the **************** property for only twelve days. The first day I received the key I walked in to a leaking ceiling that was half way painted when it was fixed. Later on that night I realized there was no hot water. I waited almost two days for that to be fixed. I have to go to my old place to take showers because the tub has been stopped up since Ive been there. Maintenance has came to fix it but its still stopped up with debris coming up out of the drain. Its a very big mouse hole under the kitchen cabinet that I requested to be fixed and its still there. I received a nonpayment letter on my door which was out rite humiliating and was told to just disregard it because my money orders wasnt cleared yet but that damage was already done. And I also have seen roaches. I have lost time from work from being so stressed out and being tired from having to spend nights at my moms house. I already suffer from severe anxiety and depression and this complex is starting to affect my mental health really bad. I paid almost **** dollars to move in and not even feel comfortable in my own house. And to add insult to injury I dont feel comfortable even calling the rental office anymore because they are acting as if I am the problem. This is unreal. I need answers or I need out of this lease otherwise I will start to seek legal help.Trinity Property Consultants
