Staff is unprofessional, uneducated, and rude. They will yell at you, hand up the phone on, or just not answer the phone calls and will never returned your messages. Prices they are listing are not true prices. Maintenance is useless and unprofessional. There is no emergency maintenance as they advertise. Buildings look nice on the exterior after they remodeled them, but nasty and filthy on the interior. And inside residents units. They took the storage units away from the tenants with no reason. Laundry appliances are horrific!! Dirty, unsanitary and smell horrible. You dont want to even go down to the laundry facility.

I applied for an apparent at Renew *************** months ago. Upon my introduction everyone was very kind however I was later told that I had to pay a 200 dollar application and background check fee and later informed that it was non-refundable. Why would anyone pay for something needed by someone else. I also asked not to be contacted by too many people as once our information is given out we are more susseptible to scammers.. my email is now flooded with emails asking me about a pet deposit.

Unethical company. I applied for an apartment two months in advance, was assured by staff on two previous calls that I was approved and the apartment was mine. Called today worried that I hadn't heard from them, and the move in is supposed to be in two weeks. There was a "glitch" and my application was "archived" and the unit had been rented, and no other units were available in the floor plan. I checked their website and all apartment prices were $200 a month more. They have not yet offered me an acceptable solution.

I live in *********, and Trinity just bought out Tealwood Apartments and turned it into Re-New West *********** Apartments. This company is a joke. A complete and utter joke. Just in the past 6 months they have tried to over charger us $1000 dollars for BS issues with THEIR system! It took them MONTHS to renew our lease because half the information was wrong and then they tried to charge US for not renewing the lease on time. In our new lease, page 1 of 3 of the animal addendum, section 5, CLEARLY states we are NOT to be charged the extra $85 for pet rent. Yet for the past three months, since we renewed our lease, they have added these charges on. For *** and Feb I wrote to the office stating we were being double charged and they took it off. But now my rent portal says they are just trying to add that extra fine in to our total rent. YOU ARE BREAKING A LEGAL DOCUMENT!! HELLO!!! No one can ever get a hold of anyone in the office cause the phones go to some 3rd party call center that can't help with anything besides scheduling a tour. Not to mention when we moved in, our cabinets were moldy, cracked, and chipped. Our floors have huge air pockets in them and are uneven. Our fireplace was smashed in and we were told that it was both dangerous and not to use it until it got fixed (1 year later), and that it was totally fine to use. Both bathtubs were cracked and leaked and needed to be fixed a month into living there. The garage leaks sewage water. My neighbor was attacked by the pitbull downstairs (breaking another one of their own rules) and the office has completely ignored her when she brought it up to them. Not to mention the ELECTRICAL FIRE we had that was the light fixture right next to the front door. OUR ONLY WAY OUT! After shutting the breaker off and clearing out all the smoke, we called the emergency maintenance line, got sent to a 3rd party company, and was told just shut the breaker off and we'll send someone out in a couple days. DEATH TRAP

The Seneca was a once beautiful vintage and well managed building until Trinity Property management took over. The building is dirty, the gym equipment is never cleaned, the elevators, lobby and hallways are rarely cleaned. They have gone from a full time cleaning woman who they fired and now the building has a woman who comes once a week. The basement smells like mold and now they have added a machine that spews an awful musky smell to cover up the moldy smell. In my opinion, this building was once a sophisticated well managed building now its a generic ill managed building that doesnt want to hear our complaints about over charging utilities and dirty common areas

I have lived at the Arrive Bellevue location in unit 250. I have been a good tenant and always paid my rent on time, kept my **********, and do not cause any disturbances. I have had to tolerate my neighbors in unit 251 with two large pit bull dogs who are left unattended and bark incessantly. There screen is off the front window and trash left in front of their door since January. I have communicated these issues numerous times with our property management team to no avail. I am reaching out for help. There has been an excavation project that has been ongoing that has prevented access from the Old ************ entrance. A dumpster was placed near this from the ***** road back entrance. The dumpster is overflowing with huge amounts of trash that attracts rodents and animals. It is unacceptable and unsanitary. I reported this to the ********* ********************* and was told this was a private vendor and given instructions on how to escalate this to get it cleaned up. This property is so mishandled and it is such a shame because of the trees and the potential it could have. I need assistance.

The landlord filed an eviction against me not long after I raised concerns to the city about sewage, mold and water in my basement for months! Same carpet for months ! 6months later the company started repairs! Mold removal and such not once offering another place of residence or anything! Shortly after a lease renewal offer was accepted and approved . I signed my lease renewal because I had just returned to work after being on work comp for 3 1/2 months and there werent any other affordable rentals in the area! The landlord sent a 30 day notice after lease renewal was accepted ,in which funds were paid! Then a 10 day notice which was wrongfully issued 9 days later! The 10 day came certified mail in which a postal carrier signed my name for the certified mail, without me even knowing it! Thats fraud.mail tampering and identity theft! The landlord then entered an eviction 30 days after funds for rent and everything owed was paid! 3 months later we go to courtAfter court proceedings ,The landlord then piled on thousands of dollars of attorneys fees and over $900 of claimed rent owed. Stating I was month to month !!! No certified documents stating month to month or anything!!! The postal carrier later admitted to forging my signature on certified mail! A lease for 12 months had been signed and accepted! Ive been living at this property for 3 years and theyve had 2 different owners through out the years ! With the staggering cost of living and rent going up EVERYWHERE! This was the only affordable option I had at the time. I am a single mother of 3 who has recently undergone surgery to remove cancer and is in the process of healing and recovery! Still paying rent on time and bills! Thank God! My security deposit was more than the $900 claimed rent owed($2300 to be exact in which $1900 would be returned upon vacancy)The landlord and the Judge still moved to kick a sick mother and her 3 children out! I have to find a place in less than 2 weeks! This is outrageous!

If you ever consider renting an apartment at The Hub at Baton R ouge, run away as fast as possible, see a mental health professional to help you resolve your fleeting moment of insanity for even thinking about it, and never think about doing business with this business. My wife and I recently moved to ***********. In preparation for our move from ************, we did business via the Internet. The Hub seemed like a reasonable choice because it was reasonably close to ***. I am disabled and am chairborne when it comes to moving around. They advertised that their units had disability access. That is a BLATANT LIE! The ground floor unit we moved into has a 2 inch concrete impediment that is very difficult to negotiate. In order to enter the unit, I have to go around to the other side of the building because there is an ever larger concrete sidewalk that is roughly 4 inches high. When I asked about some sort of accommodation, I was told that I would have to pay for it myself and that they offered no remediation. I have spoken to several apartment managers since then and they gladly said they would make the necessary mediations at their expense. When we moved in, the unit was not ready. We were promised that all our issues would be dealt with. We are still waiting for maintenance workers to replace a front window that was broken before we moved in. That was in June 2023. My wife wound up having to clean the oven. We complained for several months until things were finally addressed. We are also experiencing a form or extortion from the management who refuse to speak with us nor will they compromise. We paid our rent on 12/27. The resident portal showed we owed nothing at the time. We assumed the rent was paid. We discovered, after I emailed them that my rent was not late, that they taged on a utility billing. We complained that we knew nothing about the charge and that they needed to notify people what was happening. Silence was their response!
