Horrible. Management is extremely unprofessional. They are negligent, terrible at communication, and will completely ignore you if you show the slightest bit of frustration about something. They are quick to block all emails and contact if they don't like your attitude, which shows cowardice and immaturity. My whole unit is riddled with black mold, water damage, and foul odors. After almost a year of being ignored and not having these problems addressed, I just about lost my mind. Maintenance can take up to a month to get back to you. Some of the neighbors are loud and inconsiderate at night. There's a lunatic living next to me who picked a fight with me out of nowhere and threatened to shoot me for no reason (which I have reported to the police). With management treating me beyond disrespectfully and having an insane neighbor next door who thrives on chaos, I had no choice but to vacate. My family blessedly took me in, so Im safe. I will be breaking the lease early without penalty as I have plenty of evidence to make that happen (health hazards, negligent management, safety risks, and emotional damage to myself for all that they put me through). Do not move here. For your safety and sanity, stay away from this place. Management doesn't care about you.

Living at this apartment has been extremely frustrating from the start. At move-in, the unit was infested with roaches, had visible mold, and was clearly unlivable. Despite this, management tried to delay my move-in indefinitely, saying the property manager was out of town and couldnt assist. After scrambling to find an alternative, it took multiple attempts just to receive a correct lease reflecting the right unit and rent. Once I moved in, I submitted several work orders. Only one was completed, while the rest were falsely marked as resolved with no actual work done.I submitted another request and, again, days have passed without resolution. Rather than giving a timeline, the property manager deflected responsibility and told me to contact the maintenance supervisor directly. This is unacceptable. As a tenant, its not my job to manage or chase down the maintenance team. The lack of accountability is extremely unprofessional.I even had to go to the leasing office in person, only to be redirected yet again to the maintenance supervisor. This ongoing cycle of delays, deflection, and mismanagement is completely unacceptable. If management cannot oversee their own staff, the burden should not fall on residents to fill that gap.

So me and my lady moved into this apartment complex 2.5yrs ago, at 1st glance am the hospitality was there in the very beginning, then about a couple months into living there, there was no assistance with maintenance requests, there was hardly anyone there to assist in the office, they never answered any calls, or responded back via email, they never entered my maintenance requests, they had no log of a maintenance request being made, they just jotted down the notes of my request, an thats all that was done, then we found out that there was a fugitive housed in the building next to ours, any complaints that was made never got responded to, they did nothing about the rat infestation around the premises of the trash areas, they did nothing about the pest control that we paid for each month, nobody ever came to spray like it stated in our lease agreement, we seen roaches an mice, there was homeless people using our washing facilities as bathrooms and when we filed complaints about that, we had to make it known to the security company they used but nothing was done there, the police never did anything about it cause they had to have the issue brought to them by the leasing office which nothing was done there, we lived with mold in the bathroom, appliances that didnt work half the time, we had safety concerns about being able to lock our apartment up safe they never addressed, with lived with a giant hole in our hall bathroom for over 6months before the maintenance crew patched the hole they cut out, it was overall the worst living experience we have ever experienced, the modern apartments should be condemned and out of business, every time we went to court, they always had a new leasing agency that handled the court side of things, Im writing this review in attempt to shine light where wrong doing shouldnt be allowed, thank you!!! My name is ***** an we lived in apt *****, I pray that something good comes from this review, God bless

The management in ************* is absolutely atrocious. I experienced a fire and the aftermath has been beyond infuriating. Due to the county declaring the building uninhabitable, I was evicted from my apartment and given a deadline of April 1st, 2024 to vacate. It was promised that my deposit would be returned within 30 days of leaving, yet here we are on December 1st and I have yet to see a *****.

Renew Belcamp Apartments has been destroyed by this company. They have incompetent and stupid employees. Ever since ***** left this place has gone downhill. They are worried about dumb stuff like flags on your balcony. Meanwhile they are cheap. They do not want to fix stuff. When they do fix it it lasts 6 months before it breaks again. Dog p*** everywhere all over the property. DO NOT RENT or LIVE on their property!!!

The Social **** - They forced me to move in as-is. They knew the living room carpet was soaked in cat pee and the apartment was dangerous to live in, yet did not care and ignored my roommate and I. The walls were covered in cat p*** The previous tenant is a worker there. They are fully aware of how she left the unit, yet tried putting the blame on us. My shower did not work on move-in either. There was blood on the floor. The shower was coated in grime and hair-dye. Our dishwasher never worked properly. The patio door would constantly fall off and didnt lock properly. They didnt provide me a key to my mailbox upon move-in. So, I wasnt able to access my mailbox for over a month. I had to threaten with police action for them to do anything about it.My outlets sparked the entire time. My bathroom outlet never worked. If I plugged something into a sparking outlet, I would lose power to my entire room.I had a major ant problem. The ants were entering the apartment through windowsills and the patio door. There are giant cracks behind the window paneling that are large enough for insects to enter.Additionally, they made me lose out on a career opportunity since they refused to get my apartment ready on it. I lost out on $1000 because of them. This was the worst year of my life.

I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the management at Arrive/Tapestry, in Northbrook, ********, specifically regarding their failure to honor a written commitment and the numerous issues we've faced during our tenancy. On September 11, 2023, *******, the property manager, assured us in writing that we were on a priority list for a non-ADA ** unit as soon as one became available. Despite several ** units opening up throughout the year, we were never contacted about any opportunities to transfer. Our current ***** which is an ADA ***** was never disclosed to us as such before move-in. Even the management was unaware it was an ADA ***** leading to significant alterations in the floor plan and reduced storage space. Furthermore, the actual layout differed from the online floor plans, missing features such as a balcony and a custom closet, which were not communicated to us.Additionally, ******* mentioned that other alternatives were offered to us, which we declined in favor of opting for complimentary storage. However, we were never presented with any written alternatives addressing our primary concern of transferring to a non-ADA ** unit. Our experience has been marred by poor communication and unfulfilled promises from management, leading to a detrimental living experience. The lack of transparency, combined with significant discrepancies in the apartment's advertised and actual features, has made our time here frustrating and disappointing. We urge other potential tenants to be cautious and ensure they receive all commitments in writing before deciding to move in.

Whatever you do if you see Trinity Property in fine print on an apartment's website, just run. They are possibly one of the worst companies who hire staff at their properties that are equally rude or do not care about the residents. They are bad as Greystar who come in and don't improve the quality of life for their residents. Elevators are always down and the improvements they make are superficial and just an illusion to how they are running the place. For some properties, if it weren't for location, they probably won't have 40% occupancy for the way they run the business.
