      I am due to move into this apartment complex soon and I have yet to hear from anyone in the office so that I can ask a few important questions before moving in. Ive been trying to contact someone since last Wednesday and still no response. Its frustrating to have to keep trying to contact someone and getting nowhere at all. I do not look forward to moving in and all of the reviews are terrible but this place is what I can afford for now. I cant even get in touch with anyone to cancel my lease if I wanted to. Outrageous.

      Looks like all the reviews have the same complaints regarding maintenance and communication to students. Seems like this place is capitalizing on broke students. My daughter's air was left unfixed for 3 months. And her electric **** sky rockets since the apartment was never able to properly cool down. Now they are charging her $900 which is insane to ask a broke college student to pay as soon as they move out. Not only does no one call back when you leave several messages they charge you late fees for not paying. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

      **************** came by Thursday evening (7/7/22) at 545pm to change out the thermostat. They were here maybe 10 minutes and then told me, If it doesnt come back on in 30 minutes call us to come back. The fan started circulating air within 30 minutes, but later into the night we realized it wasnt cooling the apartment. So Friday (7/8) at **** in the morning it was 77 degrees in the apartment and I called after submitting an online ticket. I was told theyd have maintenance come out. By noon, it was 84 in the apartment and still no maintenance. By 3 it was 87 in the apartment and still no maintenance. I called again, and was told by the lady I spoke with that the ticket was classified as Emergency and theyd try and contact maintenance. If I hadnt seen anyone within the hour, call back. So, I did an hour later. They stated no one has been able to get in touch with maintenance. So comes Saturday morning (at this point it dropped down to 86 over night).. we call again. Still they cant get in touch with maintenance. We keep calling throughout the day; at this point, my 7 month old baby is starting to show signs of being overheated because the temperature is climbing up towards 90 again. At 8:45 pm we call, again, and this time the person that answered said he was able to talk to maintenance and they are waiting on a part that should arrive Monday to finish the job. No oneand let me repeat this again, because its vitally importantNO ONE told me my AC would be DOWN FOR DAYS. No one told me this was a multiple day job. I bet they just dont want to work on the weekend and would probably have been here if their property was in jeopardy. This is absolutely ridiculous. Meanwhile, in order to cool off a room to provide comfort for my baby who was getting overheated, I had to go buy a 322$ portable AC unit from Lowes that kept one room at 76. Was down total of 3.8 days. Community manager keeps dodging my calls.

      I was scheduled to move in this student apartment on 8/20/2019. However, when I arrived the apartment was not ready. The apartment was filthy. The refrigerator and freezer was full of food that was spoiled. Bags of trash were on the floor inside the apartment and by the door as you enter. The carpet was dirty and the balcony had broken chairs and beer bottles. Due to me traveling over 6 hours prepared to move in the apartment that day it resulted in me having to pay hotel cost and seek other alternative. I was able to secure another apartment somewhere else, so I never moved in ***************. I do have pictures to support how the apartment looked. However, they have a collection on my credit report indicating I owe them $1690 for an apartment I never moved in. I do not agree with the collections charges, because me not being able to move in was not my fault.

      ************* Apartments was great for a few months after I moved in. Since then, it has definitely gone downhill fast. In general, the hallway floors are disgusting, the dog park is not kept at healthy levels and smells disgusting across the entire 4th floor. I do not even have a dog, but walking close by it is hard to breathe. Lights throughout the hallways are not working half the time and flicker, they are lucky there have been no complains from people with epilepsy yet. Amenities that were promised to be provided are not functioning, including the pool and new outdoor furniture, as well as the grills and fire pits.Personally, the ** in my unit has been broken since APRIL. Very awful communication, claiming that the broken part is being shipped. It has been almost 3 months. it is over 90 degrees here all this month. ZERO communication upheld, even after submitting two new maintenance requests for this. DISGUSTING to be charging almost $2,000 for a place that in no way deserves the title of being a luxury apartment, and cannot even uphold their part of the agreement of maintaining proper air conditioning/heat within the unit.
