    Purchased DTG machine for ******. June 2021.Machine stop working September 2022. We notified Omni right away they send us different parts but nothing was working. Are only option was to have one of Omni tech come out and fix it with the price of ***** for labor and trip (we do not live in **********.)My machine only worked for 15 months.The machine still under warranty as we speak.I would like my money back and will pursue the issue.Would NOT recommend the company to no one.

    Add me to the list. Bought a replacement printhead from them, they charge $199 for tech support since I'm not under warranty. They left my printer open for over 4 weeks, taking over a week to decide if I needed new cables or not. Printer no longer has power. But a Brother or Epson machine instead. BBB hides names, but don't worry there is a website coming where you can upload emails, videos and other interactions with Omniprint to show people that their 4 and 5 star reviews are fake and from their marketing team. They should have bought omniprintonline.net lol

We also want to thank you for giving us the opportunity to make things right.After reviewing with our team, we would like to provide some further information. As you *** recall, your printer was out of warranty when you purchased and installed a replacement printhead yourself. After the installation, the printer stopped functioning properly, and you paid a $199 diagnostic fee. Our technician diagnosed the primary issue as a blown F1 fuse and recommended replacing the board, but you declined and either replaced the fuse yourself or had a third party do it.We understand that there was some confusion about reassembling the printer due to some of the cables not being labeled, but after reassembling the printer, it no longer works. You are blaming us for the malfunction but your printer was disassembled for a period of time between diagnosing the blown F1 fuse and reassembly. Unfortunately, leaving electronics open for weeks can cause corruption anywhere there are integrated circuits.While we understand your concerns, we cannot be responsible for any self or third-party repairs that *** have caused damage to the printer. This is why we always recommend that you allow our professional and certified technicians to assist with the repairs. However, we can offer in-house or on-site services if you give us the opportunity to assist you with the repairs your printer currently needs. Unfortunately, we cannot provide further virtual assistance.We appreciate your understanding and hope to resolve this matter to your satisfaction.     The fact that your company has a number of 1 star and below reviews with people saying the same exact thing as me. If someone wants to buy their trash product, look up their trust pilot reviews and numerous ******** groups that have paying customers trying to support one another. EVERYTHING that I did your techs told me to do. You as a company official are lying on the BBB website. Why don't you guys pull up my first tech call with *****************************, get the length of the video and then the length of the call. The call is longer than the video because you guys turned off the recording. That's when he told me to get the fuse changed. Furthermore, you have NUMEROUS people stuck in predatory loans with your printer that doesn't work. Your tech people ****, they don't help anyone and just BREAK the printer further.

    This company *****. **************** and product is trash does not work and can not reorder chemicals or ink cause no one answers the phone.. They harassed the h*** out of ** to buy the equipment but now they don't respond to service or reorder requests.

    Absolutely trash company. I am starting to see a trend happening with the head. I have replaced the head and it has proven to be defective even after they told me it is impossible to prove so. I paid for a tech and the all seem to be clueless on how to fix anything and do their best to push you into the purchase of all of the boards which run $1,000 each. the head issue has been going on sine November of 2022 to February of 2023. I was also advised to do a purified water flush on the head and flush out any possible clogs by their technician *****************************. After doing so the next Sr. technician *********************** told me that he shouldn't have told me to do that with a new head and it may have damaged it and they cannot replace a damaged part. Another fun fact you will come across is how there is absolutely no supervisor available ever. They are always conveniently in a meeting no matter when you call and or "offline". They never respond or call back.I have heard of the nightmare of a company this has become but unfortunately all of the reports came out after I purchased the machine. after 3 years you will end up with a money pit of a machine.

    Someone did reach out to me but still not a supervisor like I requested. I was told a petition for a replacement part would be made and someone would get back to my in 24 hours.This conversation was with a ************************* on the 2/21/2023 and it is now 2/24/2023. Per usually no one has gotten back to me yet but I will be back with another update soon.- STILL NO RESOLUTION*

    It is now 3/7/2023 and still no call back or resolution. I am starting to see a trend with this company. Step 1- Great sales and customer service. Great response time.Step 2- Get your machine.Step 4- Machine fails- (more than likely Head replacement)Step 5- Continued head failures Board failure accusations (3 boards $500-1K each) Replacement parts for everything Then back to Head failures Step-6- When all else fails buy time until you can find a loop hole or a way to blame the customer. In no case at all for any reason, make things right.This seems to be the method of steps used to drag the customer down until they either give into the money pit presented or just give up and take a loss.Bonus round- In my case I am able to prove that most of their nozzles do not allow anything to flow through them. Absolutely no mechanical issue. So my advise to other customers is to investigate that side. Find out why there is no flow and prove that maybe they are handing out used or refurbished parts with possible clogs.There is a process in which they remove those clogs with frequency and I am curious if this is a failure to do so on their part. Since this company refuses to get back to me or resole this issue I will have to come back to this post and use it as a forum for my findings in order to help others avoid going down this rabbit hole of a company. It seems the owner is more interested in the money side versus the customer service and respectable company reputation details of it all. P.s. If you are having issues and create a complaint; please take the time to create the account on here to comment back with updates after they respond. They seem to pride themselves in the 100% response on here but may have broken the code by leaving unaddressed comments after their initial response.

Please know, none of our parts are defective, but as with most machines, maintenance and consumable replacements are needed periodically. As you are currently out of warranty, there is a cost on parts. We are happy to help professionally install your parts at a reasonable cost. We have previously mentioned that having our team professionally install the parts is the recommended option, but you have declined all of our efforts and have done all of the installations yourself. By doing this, there is the possibility that you might have caused damage to the parts during the installation process. Our top priority is to serve our customers and ensure that their machines are functioning at optimal levels! If you give us the opportunity, our team will continue to work with you and will provide any additional assistance that might be needed to get your machine working at optimal levels.     I own multiple businesses so if I miss a call I will be returned according to priority. I seem to get calls from random numbers daily so I am sure you would understand the importance of leaving a message as prompted when someone is not able to answer due to a busy schedule. Also judging by the absence of your companies response in the last month I would and reputation of inconvenience you can see why I may not be waiting by the phone interrupting other client priorities at the sake of making money where I have lost due to your company's lack of communication and professionalism. Today on 3/16/2023 was the first ever voicemail left about a missed call from your company and as expected I called back. There was no one picking up so I did exactly what I should and left a voicemail. To my surprise I received a call back. This is how the call process is supposed to work. As far as the process of installing the part myself I have done many times in the last 3 years with my machine and have not had any issues. I also did pay for a zoom call later and had the higher up technical leave to ask questions on the process with someone as well proving he may have not know much more than me at the time. I can prove a problem other than mechanical or electrical is happening with your product. This would be a product quality issue or at lest worth the investigation into your companies practices of failed parts on your end if multiple customers seem to have all of the same issues I have laid out in the comment before. Just like clockwork you are here with another comment blaming the customer regardless of the finding of possible product failure. Advise for the future comments; at least pretend like you are a caring company and see if there if possible product issues which is evident from the rest of the comments and complaints about your continuous head failures. If any of your companies technicians showed an ounce of accountability in responding to customers case by case in comparison to writing everything off as the customers fault I can guarantee I would not be on here writing essays every comment. I would much rather be working on how to make up for the money I am losing directly because of this on going problem. I spoke with another representative today (3/16/2023 @ 12:47PM) and has promised to call me back. I am confident he will because he is the first to call back within 24 hours of the missed call and the first to leave a voicemail. Proper customer service and professionalism goes a long way.

Our warranty policy does provide a warranty head that can be used within one year of purchase or for newly purchased equipment, whichever applies. We want to clarify that your printhead is currently out of warranty, having been out of warranty for 18 months since the date of purchase. It is also specified in the warranty that no parts or warranty will be covered if the equipment is tampered with or without a professional technician from our team assisting with the proper installation.The reality is, this is a machine, and parts wear. If we were to replace all worn parts free of charge, then we would be unable to stay in business to continue to serve you. As a business owner yourself, were sure you would agree with us on that. Again, it's important to keep your machine in use and regularly maintained so these issues dont continue to arise. No company, including the larger competitors, can cover parts that are damaged by misuse or non-use. We're doing our best to serve our customers and always strive for continued improvement.     MUST READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!***********************, SUPPORT IS GREAT, 5 STARS FOR HIM! ***** FREEJET- 2 STARS, LESS THEN 1 YEAR OWNED. **OMNIPRINT MANAGEMENT/OWNER/ POLICY- MINUS 10 STARS THIS MACHINE HAD ISSUES OVER AND OVER AND OVER. AFTER CHANGING 2 HEADS, I HAD TO PAY FOR THE 3RD. NO CHOICE!!!!!!!! I NEED TO MAKE MONEY......... EVEN THOUGH THE MACHINE WAS INOPERABLE SINCE 12/05/2022 WAITED 3-4 WEEKS DUE TO POWER *********** BOARD PROBLEMS. THE HEAD CLOGGED, NO INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN TO AVOID THIS ISSUE, BESIDES SOAKING THE HEAD IN THE WET CAPWITH SUPER NOZZLE CLEANER. KEEP IN MIND I JUST CHANGED THE 2ND HEAD IN SEPTEMBER 2022. DTG OR DTF ISNT THE BEST CHOICE FOR EVERYONE.EXPENSIVE COST AND TIME CONSUMING 3-4 TIME DAILY MAINTANCE DEPENDING ON USAGE. COST IN TIME AND LABOR IS WAY MORE THAN CALCULATED BY ANY DTG ***********************. NEED TO INFORM CUSTOMERS FROM THE START OF ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL MACHINE RELATED DO'S AND DON'TS. OMNIPRINT SHOULDN'T WAIT TO PROVIDE CRITICAL OPERATION AND MAINTANACE AFTER THE PROBLEMS AND AFTER MORE MONEY IS SPENT.ALL CLIENTS WANT IS ALL YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND INFORMATION TO AVOID CRITICAL SITUATIONS TO HINDER PRODUCTION AND STOP THEM FROM MAKING MONEY.

    This review gets a 1 star. This company states that their printers are made in *******. The manufacturer is out of *****. When a problem arose they don't have any answers. All the reviews on about OmniPrint are false. My printer makes a horrible noise & a cable holder is not apart of the warranty. How can you sell a $25,000 machine & state in the documents that only the moving parts are only covered. So I call epson about their printer not functioning correctly they fix it unlike OnmiPrint. They are running a scam on printer that doesn't preform like they say it does. I have seen people with this printer go out a buy a REAL DTG machine. I want my money back for printer that never prints correctly. I want to make sure that NO ONE buys from this company. I bought this printer on the premises of the reviews, which over 90% are fake. I want my money back.

    According to all my emails your company doesn't give straight answers when a question is asked. All the answers I got were, "I DON'T KNOW". So you have your facts misconstrued with fact. Your company's responses are all the same, ************* Your new machine the i2 has the same responses as the rest of your machines. You have called me after telling you not to contact me until you had an answer for my *************** responses were all copy & pasted. Your company is not worth dealing with when you can't give a straight answer like in this comment. I know people that have not got any answers to a broke down machine from day 1 & you did nothing for a over year. Its not fault you can't leave a voicemail. Its also your choice to sell a product that is not made in the *** like you claim it is. ******* ******., **** Daeryeong Techno Tower 6-Cha, Gasan-dong, Geumcheon-gu *****, ???, makes all of your parts. You scamming people out of millions of dollars for machine that doesn't work properly & is from a company the is out of *****. I want my money back on this machine.

    Bought a printer after a small malfunction. ****** the tech did a awesome job in showing me how to repair it with the new parts explained everything very well and also was very patient with me . He went above and beyond and also helped me out with the printing parameters to make my print. If I'm ever in the market for another printer I will use Omniprint again The prints and the after sale customer service is A1 thanks ******
