Buyer beware and run. I Bought a printer years ago from this company that bragged about their machine and tech support. Both SUCK! I spent more time trying to fix the machine then printing with it. Hopefully you are very tech savvy and able to work on your own machine. I have replaced everything on the machine twice and still had to send it back to them for further repairs. Also beware they charge you shipping on any parts they send you to replace. Please do yourself a favor and buy a better machine like the epsons. ***** sends techs out if there is a problem which I have not had one yet but a ***** did and the next day a tech was at his shop to fix it.Omniprint International Inc

Our records show that you currently do not have any pending orders or open tickets. Your last ticket and consumable purchase was in April 2021. Out of courtesy our team did reach out to you to offer any assistance that might be needed. In regards to the maintenance, yes, as with most machines, maintenance and consumable replacements are needed periodically. Depending on what is being ordered, there might be additional shipping costs. We do however offer free domestic shipping on ink orders over $250. Our top priority is to serve our customers and ensure that your machine is functioning at optimal levels. We thank you for your feedback and for allowing us to make things better. ******, Omniprint tech, was prompt in starting our Zoom call. He was knowledgeable and if he did not know how to solve a certain aspect of the problem, he quickly got the answer from a Sr ***** He resolved the issue with my printer, installed the updated DTF environments, and solved an issue that arose quickly.
