    ****** was very helpful and was able to fit me in sooner than my original tech service was scheduled for. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and after getting the part we needed, had our printer up running quickly.

    I absolutely Loved the help that I received from my Tech ******. Although I was slow at times and made mistakes he never sounded frustrated or did i feel rushed by him. I appreciate everything he did for me.

    I purchased my machine a few years ago it never worked more than two months at the time. I finally threw the machine in the trash. Nobody throws away a machine that cost that much money if the machine and the service is that good?

    ****** did a stellar job on repairing our printhead and main board. He showed us some neat tricks on optimizing the performance and maintenance of the printer. The years of experience he has under his belt really shines during his explanations and training. We would be more than happy to work with ****** again due to his excellent service.

    ****** did a great job. Helped me a the process of repairing my printer and was very good at what he does. We had o go through all of steps to get to a repaired machine, but it is working as it should now. My only complaint is the time it took and steps we were forced to go through. ****** thought it was the print head early on, but it took and extra couple weeks doing the steps. Would have gotten 5 stars if we could have fixed this quicker.

    *********************** has provided the best service and support to date since purchasing my first OmniPrint machine in 2021. I purchased the *** roll printer in 2022 and have loved it. With any new piece of equipment there will be items that need replacing or fixing from time to time. It took a little while to work the kinks out and have had some less than helpful experience along the way. I had a Heat Cure Machine sensor fail that needed to be replaced. ****** was extremely helpful and patient working with me to diagnose the problem and resolve the issue. He sent a replacement part and had me scheduled for a repair tech call before the part arrived to my shop. He worked with adjusting to my schedule and walked me through the repair with a calm and knowledgeable expertise. I am back up and running with no issue and I am extremely grateful for the experience. Thank you *********************** for a job well done.
