Our internet provider Starlink has not been working since Saturday. We have created help tickets in their app, yet nobody has reached out to us. I run a home based business and my child homeschools online and we require internet services. Starlink does NOT supply a phone number to call and has failed to answer any tickets that we have submitted in their system. I am unable to work without incurring additional costs by tethering through my phone. I cannot tether 2 laptops on one mobile device, therefore I am missing work or my daughter is missing school. We had to put in a ticket for a replacement Starlink dish due to a snowstorm causing damage. The replacement was put in on January 19th, 2024. We still have not received the replacement and support will not give us any details. It has nearly been 1 Month, and we depend on this service for College and Business.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because:
The response I received from the company said I was being charged for a service that had not even been activated. Even though the device had never been powered on. They said I never cancelled the service. I never activated the service, I only ordered & paid for the unit. Getting an installer, a service they do not provide, takes time. They do not include enough cable to install it. That is another order that has to be purchased & shipped. This is extremely poor business practice & I will consider that when determining if I will keep the service. Selling my equipment will be easy since there is a waiting list to get it. This is why I ordered it when I did. Bottom line is they should not charge for a service that has not been activated. I feel they have taken advantage of a lot of people. Just another example of profit over people!

I've tried to contact them about my wifi router not working for a few days now. All the response I get is a automated catchall type response and thankfully accounting gave me a discount for this month but I still have no wifi and no responses from any of the open tickets I have that could potentially help my problem. I've had enough of this runaround and I know I'm not the only customer with this issue which is why I'm reaching out seeking help. I do like the **************** it's the best I can get in my area but the fact that I'm unable to get this problem resolved is ridiculous.Business Response

I purchased Star link 6 months ago. Have never gotten the ethernet working. They have continued to bill me for service and for faulty parts. There is no service that you can talk to. The email reponse is days. With no resolution. Now they have noted that their parts are faulty will replace, no change in bill only replacing one unit rather than four. I ordered a Starlink kit on 12/14/23 I received the kit 12/21/23. Before the kit arrived I made other arrangements for internet service. I ordered the kit under the pretext of a 30 day trial/return period. Starlink does not have a link on their website to request a RMA to start the return process. On 12/22/23 I started a customer support ticket on the app but as of yet have no received a RMA label. My account was hacked and I lost access to log into the account! I spoke with an employee right before we lost access, after several attempts to contact them and they disabled our service and said we would have to call back to reactivate! I asks for a supervisor to contact us and no one called! Since they have have not returned any of our calls or attempt to get back in touch with us! This is has left us locked out of the internet we paid for and the service and left our business at a stand still! We cant access our business accounts either bc its all tied other WiFi they cut suspended at both our properties and they wont call back! I can not reset my password bc someone combined both accounts into one and they are under the same login I cant access! They have a locked out message u can send but no one responds and it can take 2 weeks for a return call it saidBusiness Response
