      Oversold parking and would not let me know if the lot is already full. Got turned away and left me to find another parking at the last minute. Nearly ruined my flight and vacation. clearly this company doesn't take their core business seriously. Prepared to get screwed when booking with them!

      Im really sorry to hear about your experience. Its completely understandable how frustrating that must have been, especially with your travel plans on the line. We strive to provide reliable service, and its disappointing to hear we fell short. We are a third party booking company and do not operate the location physically, so the lot full issues are outside of our control. However I wanted to extend my sincere apologies for the experience that you had with our parking lot. You have already received a full refund for your reservation with Quality Inn SEA Airport Parking.Please note in the event you are turned away, make sure to check-out and leave the garage. ******************* a spot in a nearby lot. If you are unable to find a parking garage, call us for assistance.

      We were extremely satisfied from start to finish. Upon disembarking our cruise, we bypassed hundreds of people and walked directly to the Way Parking van. Within 10 minutes, we were in our vehicle and on our way home.

      Ive only used way.com once in November and now in August ** being charged $1.95 for a subscription fee. I called customer service and they were telling me that I dont have a subscription yet I was being charged. This website is a complete scam. They illegally remove money from your card and then act like they dont see the transaction. I would not recommend.

Please note that you might have signed up for our Way+ Sapphire subscription plan. We sent confirmation email as well as another email with an option to cancel or continue using it before it becomes paid. We assume that both emails went unnoticed, so the subscription continued to charge you.I am unable to see any accounts registered to your email so please can you check if your have any other email address registered with us. We take these matters seriously, and I encourage you to reach out to our customer service team again for assistance.       Way.com (airportsparking.com) sold me a long term parking reservation that i couldn't claim. It appeared as a good deal paying $44 for a long term airport reservation that would have cost $77. The issue is that there was no way to use the reservation on site. It was an unmanned kiosk where you essentially scan your entry ticket and use a credit card to pay. I had to pay the regular rate and they said i couldn't get my $44 back. They also told me that I had to resolve the problem with the long term parking. When I called the long term parking lot, they told me that there was no way to refund and i would need to contact way.com. The customer service is inadequate and they don't want to offer any refunds for service not rendered.

      This company steals money and changes things you reserve in the app! I have lost a total of $105.61 because of their poor customer service and not having the correct information in the description of the parking services! WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! Customer service is rude and you cant understand them and their English is very broken and they cant understand you either! Terrible company! And just fyi airportsparking.com is part of them! Not airport parking
