      I really liked them! Until this last exchange. On every page it says that they guarantee the lowest price and will beat it by 25%. What they do NOT say up front is that in order to claim that, you have to actually purchase at their original cost, and AFTER you return they will give you CREDIT as something called "Waybucks" which I assume can be used at a future reservation. This is false advertising when you don't say that up front.Also, their overnight support staff (phone and email) is useless and has no clue how to answer questions. I finally had someone email me with actual instructions on how to get the fake "price beating" promotion.

Submit the website of the location you wish to compare by sending a screenshot or link that includes the website, location, dates and times. 2. Our team will review - If Approved, we'll apply the matched price and will offer an additional 25%-off or up to $25.00 of the matched price. 3. Purchase your booking through Way. 4. Submit your *** confirmation number to our support team. 5. We will match the booking rate once you arrive back from your reservation. Our team will not exceed over $25.00 total refund. The following limitations apply: 1. The item must be identical, (ex. location, time, date etc.) 2. We will price match one location per customer per day 3. "Pay at Lot" locations do not qualify for our price match program. 4. The item must be sold and fulfilled by a parking retailer, and cannot be combined with any additional promotions. (Ex. Groupon, ********* etc.)

      Way. com is purposefully deceptive they charged me without my permission $1.95 for many months, although I called them and they guaranteed to me that I will not be charged and now I see the other reviews they are doing it to all other people so I had to report them doing fraudulent transactions and I'm seriously considering hiring an attorney and charge them all the cost for the time taken from me to keep calling them and they keep purposefully charging me without my permission. I had to change my credit card number so I can stop them ....really shameful how they run this business ... never ever coming back to their service.

We assume that both emails went unnoticed, so the subscription continued to charge you.       I reserved parking through the Way App for $44.84 with the understanding that the hotel would provide airport shuttle transport. When I arrived I learned that the shuttle would not be available to transport us to the airport and told that we should take an ***** I immediately called Way to cancel this service and requested a refund. They refused since I didnt cancel before my check in time; however I didnt know the shuttle would not be available. They absolutely refused a refund and now I see that they charged an additional $1.95 unauthorized charge to my card. This company is a scam.
