  Absolute scam. You pay far too much just for them to tell you itll be another week or two and to check back again some other time. And the geniuses only give you 48 hours to get a refund. Save your money and get it yourself.

  This company did not send the purchased forms. I have waited a month and needed the forms much sooner. Their web site states that they offer quick service, but that is false. **************** was not helpful at all and said they would not give a refund because they had already worked on the order, even though I have never received the promised documents. Their fee is very expensive, but I was willing to pay the price to get quick service. But I have received nothing.

  The service is horrible. I paid them to obtain my documents quickly for burial benefits for my late wife. That was in June of 2022. I am still waiting and it's now March of 2023. I have contacted them via their 800 phone number no less than 5 times. Each time they say their are working on it and will notify me of any changes. And they won't give a refund after *********************************** ******* shows the post office. 8 months is not an expedited service.
