  Thank you so much for supporting us with a positive review. There are times when we receive a veteran's DD214 first from a government agency so ********** right away then the rest of your military documents will come after. The **** takes longer to process and is generally delivered after your DD-214. These personnel files often exceed 100 pages. Rest assured we are already working to get your **** from the National Archives. Thank you for your patience and your continued trust in our service if there's anything else we can do to help just let us know.

  I was told it could take up t a year to receive my DD214 if I tried to navigate the government bureaucracy myself. I paid their $99 fee. Then I went to a veterans cemetery who informed me I should not have had to pay for that - its free! They gave me a form to submit to the Department of Veterans Affairs, and I received my DD214 within a few days. Having still not received anything from DD214 Direct, I called and they said they would process a refund of the $99. After that I received another DD214 from them, but no form to get the refund. I think this looks like a scam to get money from veterans.

As for the Documents are Free - Yes, they are. And it's noted on our website. You are paying for our Service, the leg work, not the documents. Thank you.
