Ordered a dd214 9 weeks ago. Site says average delivery is 3 to 4 weeks. Spent $100 on something I could have done myself. I called their customer service line and was told they have no idea when I would receive my requested documents, ************ is clearly taking advantage of veterans who need documents quickly. They promise and do not deliver. The "service" they are offering is a duplicate of what the VA is offering but the VA/DOD do it for free. This is an outright scam,Review fromEli W

Long wait for an absolute waste of a document. A xerox copy, so light that you can only read 30% of the document that was copied crooked on the page. What a disappointment. I would not use this service.Review fromGerald B
