  I paid $79 plus shipping to have my DD214 mailed to me. All I have received is two emails with the attachment of the form. My printer is broken so I need a hard copy mailed to me per my order.

  I actually never spoke with anyone directly, but I was able to complete everything online and the process was very straightforward and easy.   what they dot tell you is all they do is submit your request to ********************. there is no actual expedited service. I paid $99.00 to them before I found out. I had already 5 minutes earlier submitted my request to ******************** for free and received it ahead of DD214 direct.Waste of money
