  I was somewhat hesitant to use this service after reading some of the reviews but I really needed my DD214 so I figured I would take a chance and at the most I would be out $100.00.Well, I can report that this was the best experience and well worth the money. I put in my request and ask for it to be expedited because I needed to get medical assistance from the VA and I had to have this form to get registered. I requested the form be e-mailed to me to make it even faster. I was expecting it would take at least a few weeks but TWO DAYS!! after requesting it, it was in my email. I was totally shocked and pleased. It was super easy to fill out the request. You just have to know your SS#, DOB, Branch of Service and the year you were discharged mostly.I would highly recommend anyone that needs their DD214 for them or parent to use this service.10 Starts From Me!!!   June 30th I paid and submitted to get my DD214. Its now Aug26 and not even an email back.. I managed to get ahold of the VA and they tracked it down for me in a faster time frame than this company and I didnt have to pay the VA anything.. wasted $143. I dont recommend getting anything through this company. The least they can do is reimburse me..
