    My wife has tried for 2 days in a row to take her online exam that is mandatory to be proctored. For 2 days we have paid for child care to ensure nobody is in the house with her, a requirement since it proctored. For 2 days NASM and their partners have been unable to make the test active and for 2 days 1.5+ hours have been spent on the phone with support only to be told we must reschedule and try again.This is a requirement for my wifes job and NASM is not taking it serious nor do they want to help. They are doing nothing to take ownership. The only the thing they do well is take customers money and offer little to no support. This company needs to be investigated and should not be allowed to provide services to the public until a software review and analysis is done on the system to identify all the issues that their so called tech support cant fix.NASM I welcome a phone call from someone above their 1, just tell me how to get in touch with someone and we can discuss this further in detail. I am happy to provide screen shots, emails, whatever you need. Im also happy to provide an invoice for my time wasted, child car cost lost, salary lost, and my own tech support rate for being in the phone with you for so long.

    NASM trains ****** Services, to use predatory marketing, and predatory consumer lending ( defined by the ***** through Ascend Learning ( acquired by investment SEC registered ****************** et al ATI. NASM promotes consumer confusion through, impossible navigation, deliberate obfuscation, lack of transparency, making any resolution impossible, stylized to deceive, deflective, block consumer progress, & denial of management access for escalation. NASM acquires confidential personal information, medical, financial and other, through forced appeals processes. NASM tells the consumer it will use and share all information collected, ( it is in your contract) All forced appeals are denied to require the consumer to pay or forfeit. NASM engages in extensive tracking ( it is in your contract) of all enrolled persons, through APIs established and developed by Ascend Learning internet interfacing API. NASM of Ascend Learning, engages in predatory practices applied against all persons, those disadvantaged or disabled persons, persons enrolled, persons not enrolled through internet tools of supreme self establishment ,( the best certification).Exams are trick questions, created to fail, requiring undisclosed test costs $199.00 each. Staff to call it policy. not predatory by FTC rule, they unknowingly ( or knowingly). Questions about processes gets call cut off by leads consulted call. NASM/ Ascend ******************************************* is of interest to FTC, ******* SCC, ******** SCC, Federal, and local Medical Governance entities, SEC, **** IRS, and **** NASM acts in predatory consumer loans. i.e. Program Advisors. No time to read contract as contract stipulates. NASM requests immediate signature at the point of sale. Ascend Learning Investor Relations will be notified as well, including **************** SEC registered, Investor Relations that one of their investment holdings acts actively predatory in marketing, and lending and practices.

    NASM is a total scam. A lot of their info is incorrect and at several points they contradict themselves. Its a total waste of money if I knew then what I know now I would have never bought the program. Its actually unbelievable to me that they are able to get away with this and considered the most popular CPT program around. The whole thing is a joke save your money and do anything else!

    I injured my back and am no longer able to do the functions of the courses I ordered. **************** was not helpful in processing a refund and I was told I could get one if medical conditions were a factor.

    ***************************** are complete scams! They have been taking my money for the last 6 months and come to find out I am unable to take any of the online exams because I do not possess an external camera! This was never mentioned in their contract OR in their email to prepare for the exam. They refuse to refund me because it has been more than **************************************** Leaving me with no money, no certificates and nothing to show for my months of wasted time. Complete scam and terrible company.

When our members log in to their NASM accounts and select on the exam option within your online account, it will ask you which exam option you would prefer. The options are to take the exam in-person at your nearest testing center or remotely. We do require if testing remotely, that the computer you will use have a camera to ensure testing integrity. This is to ensure there is no-one else in the room with you and that you are not using outside test materials including the materials we provided due to our exam not being an open book test.     I am NASM certified and I run a high end fitness facility. We have seen that trainers that possess and use the skills learned though the *** course (mainly progressions via the *** model) build a client base faster, retain clients longer and earn an average of 30k more per year than the trainers we have hired that don't have an NASM certification. In fact, most of the trainers that come in with out NASM, typically enroll in the course within the first year of employment with us, because the difference in training styles is that clear to them and our members.The nice part about this is that since we send so many trainers and instructors to NASM they now offer them incentives on certifications as well as CEU's as we set up a "club account". If you're trainers get it, they will do well in the industry.

    i got fired unfortunately on my job because i lack training thats the reason i chose NASM . now i was aking a refund for my elite bundle which is **** $ and has been waiting for 5 months already to get this refund .. since then i been in financial need and need the money for my daily need they denied my request .. i think thats in humane which they are doing ... i only open the ***** and never really started the course because i been waiting for there decision which has already been 5 months... i have submitted documentation already which was dated under there refund policy and still they denied it... it has been very difficult for me to get in contact with the management about this issue. the employees haven't help me at the moment they just left me with this problem never even try to resolve this problem ... i am not happy and not satisfied with my purchase with them .. i believe they dont really care of there customers they just wanted me to buy there course now that i have an issue they just left me hanging . what a very in humane decision they have done ... this not fixing this issue hasn't let me move on my other plans in life . because i need the money to move on and like they just took my money for nothing ...

    Love NASM! I've completed their CPT, CES, and PES courses and utilize tools and techniques from each of them in my training with clients. Their information is evidence-based, so I feel confident in what I am applying with clients. I've also had a couple of instances where I have had to work with customer service (both on the phone and through email) and, even if it took some time, it always led to a good outcome and great overall service. Overall, I've been happy with my experience with NASM and look forward to continuing to use their information and services to help my clients. I highly recommend NASM!

    I have been certified through NASM and AFAA. I enjoy their certification above all others because they really honor the integrity of educational instruction. They have a one stop shop with the club connect so you can get all the CEUs you need to recertify year after year but theyre also conscious of the price. They now have a lifetime certification fee.
