    not sure where to start, customer service is horrible, we were on the phone back and forth from Nasm and PSI (I guess it's their testing company) since 9am to closing to request an accommodation since the test was suppose to be taken last week 8/17/202, ******* released test twice and system kept crashing tried to re-log in and started the camera process 5 more times to be disconnected or system crashing, this company is truly a scam, we trust them to come through with their word to be let down as paying customers and nothing is done against this company.
