    Ive had 3 services so far (no they did not help with my mice issue.) I was told I was NOT under contract. *** lost my job, ** having to downsize and move into an apartment complex so I am unable to continue using them plus I can no longer afford them. They wont close my account until Ive paid a cancellation fee. Talk about having no compassion for people or wanting to help them when their world is falling apart. Do NOT EVER use them!

    Horrible service! BE CAREFUL I signed up for their service since Sping 2022. They probably came out and did the tasks about 5-6 times (included 2 touch up). The only good dates were the 1st and the 2nd touch up, since they want to earn the business (money!). The rest was horrible. The technician barely did anything. They probably spent ***** minutes work on the **** sqft house (outside), and the rest of the time sitting in their truck doing paper work on the phone!When I want to cancel they threatened me about premature cancelation fee, which the saleman agree to me there is no fee when canceling. And because of that, I know I was signup more than full price!Horrible service! BE CAREFUL They will trap you into the service and take your money, trained their service rep to be NICE and lying to get more of your money again.

    Awful customer service. They cancel appointments without advising customer then reschedule days later without consulting customer. No apologies for not showing up when I called them to request another date/time. Agent stated that they weren't the one who canceled so didn't seem like she understood why she should be apologizing. I requested to speak to a manager. We will see if I hear from them.

    Awful company. I told the tech who initially came to my door that we were moving soon. He talked me into spraying for wasp nests on the ***** of the home. I was up front that I wouldnt commit to 12 months, and he assured me that I could cancel if I moved. ********* took three months, multiple phone calls and emails, charges to my credit card, emails about upcoming appointments (at a house I no longer lived in). As many times as I called, they read back to me the notes on my account that STATED I had moved, but they continued to make new appointments. I finally requested in writing the fact that they had canceled my account, but I was told they are still investigating whether they can waive the past and future fees. They are nothing but criminals!!

    I signed up to have my service quarterly and the first and second time they showed up when they were suppose to than they showed up and sprayed half of my yard and charged me the full amount I called and they were suppose to come out 3 other times and no one ever showed up so I terminated my services and tried to get a refund for what they charged me and they declined my request and said they can give me a new service for free if I sign back up with them I declined so they are now trying to charge me another 150 dollars because I cancelled my services this place is a scam it is the worst i pest control I have ever encountered they are thiefs and lazy and all you can talk to is a foreigner who you cant hardly understand DO NOT USE THiS PEST CONTROL

    I pretty much had the same experience as everyone else, After 4 visits, I still had hundreds of ants all over inside and out of my house. The technician didnt even know what kind of ants they were! I called another company and they got rid of my ants on the first try. The other technician asked me to show him what chemicals EcoShield was using, when I showed him, he told me, they werent even using the right chemicals to kill the type of ants I had! I refused to pay EcoShield any more, in my opinion, they violated the contract thru, non performance. Stay away from these scammers.

    If I could give them a negative **** for this review, I would. I have been living a nightmare because of this company for 2 1-2 years now. I live near a conservancy and have had issues with mice in my attic and garage. I used EcoShield for pest control for spiders, ants, etc., and they seemed to do a pretty good job. I hired them for a mice exclusion in April 2020. Someone named **** came to our house and did a 3 hour inspection of our home, he seemed professional and thorough with his assessment and plan to rid us of our mouse problem for the low low price of 13k. That price would include sealing every nook and cranny so the mice cant get in, fitting our garage doors with bumpers so they cant gain entrance through the garage, sanitizing the attic, and blowing in special insulation that ****** mince and insects. They provided this service and I still had mice because they said the bumpers for my garage doors were discontinued and thats how the were getting in. New garage doors, another 18k. We still had mice. Oh, it was your roof this whole time Roof repair 3k. Are we adding this up? Fast forward10 visits later by incompetent workers, and after countless calls resulting in being gaslighted by the arrogant, condescending manager ******, Im sitting here as I write this review watching a movie with my family listening to mice happily chew inside my walls destroying my house. Since the original 13k service which was supposed to rid my house of this vermin, I have lost countless irreplaceable memories in the form of photos, baby clothes, my wedding dress, and other sentimental items that we thought were safe to store in out attic. I spoke to ****** last week to let her know the we still have mice (it never stopped) and she actually had the audacity to hit me up for $200 for another year of EcoShield protection. Were at the point here I think legal action is required. Please do not let these people in to your home, they shouldnt even be in business.

    This company is a scam. We had absolutely no bugs with our previous pest control company. A eco shield salesman convinced us to switch. Absolutely worst decision ever! 6 months later we had cockroaches! We canceled the service after asking them to try to rectify the issue. Now they are harassing us for a cancellation fee!
