    They said it was free service for a year and yet they keep billing me and even took money off my card. I have to call in every month for refund and for them to fix my bill. Don't go with them it is a waste of time

    Be very careful with there sales people that are very dishonest and will do everything they can to rip you off and they lie. Careful with this company they teach the sales people to do the scams they do.

    Signed up for internet. Asked for equipment to be delivered at a future date as previous home owners moving one month later. Rep said no problem. Within several hours I received email saying equipment will be delivered the next day. I called back 5 times and every time the rep said equipment will be delivered in a few weeks but every time I get a delivery notice for the next day. INCOMPETENT. The equipment was delivered without. My consent or knowledge. I also signed up for free mobile service but no one ever told me they do a credit check. My credits been locked for security reasons so I get a letter saying they cant activate a line because they cant get my credit score. Duh! When I first called for mobile their system was down and asked me to call back in 2 days. When I called back the rep said theyd send a SIM card so I can keep my old number and use a new spectrum number. The card never came so I called back and the rep said I couldnt use old number with a new spectrum number. I saves myself further headaches from incompetent reps and went with TMobile instead. TMobile was quick competent and professional!

    Garbage. I called to cancel and was talked in to buy a tablet for really cheap which I thought could help my daughter with her school work but guess what not only is their internet bad but mobile is also horrible. Yup I know I should of canceled but the thought of possibly making my kids life easier was enticing. FYI internet is extremely slow and their tablets are cheap. Also extremely difficult to cancel with them.

    Spectrum mobile cut off my phone service when I was on my way to *************** to pick up my niece--a child. Apparently they had sent an email to my husband two days ago that our autopay did not go through. It went straight into his spam folder.I was driving when suddenly I could not call, text or get directions to pick up my niece at the train station. This poor child ended up having to wait alone at night in ***********. I called them and asked if they could just give me 30 minutes until I could pick the child up and get home. I offered Apple Pay because I do not carry my credit cards around with me nowadays. They said no. They treated me like a derelict. My husband and I are both professionals and own a home in **************. I am switching tomorrow. That child could have been hurt or attacked. There was no security at the *************** station and she was alone except for a few homeless people.It was my worst nightmare and I was completely helpless.

    Don't go with this company. They stole from me and scammed me. Almost $100 they are stealing. They added a extra line without my permission. Horrible people!

    I can tell you they are the WORSE customer service I have ever dealt with. After one phone call for an order done online at their store they would NOT exchange their mess up for days. They would not overnight the phone for their mistake. They were very rude and sarcastic towards me. She refused to get her supervisor on the phone and keep upsetting me. I had to hang up for her rude service. I still needed this phone and we went ahead with it because we are already a customer and got a better rate than ************************. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

    I am beyond upset with Spectrum! I called to set up a new line with a phone trade in, however apparently the trade in wasn't processed and they cannot do anything to fix this mess. I am now out the value of my old phone and having to pay for a new one. Terrible customer service!

    Signed up for $29.99 a month for two lines. Did just that. They said, I didmt do it right and charged me $29.99 each for two lines. **************** could care less after complaints from me. Cant wait to leave them. Total. Bait and switch!!

    Spectrum Mobile Phone Business Practices are not transparent, ethical and considered fraudulent. They are not similar to the Spectrum Internet, Mobile, and **************, so be aware.They do not email you a contract. If you want to view go to Spectrum.com They are a subscription service which means if u loose, break or someone steal your phone. You will be charged for the device and your monthly service fee of $29 whether you have this phone in your possessions or if you can use this phone line or not. As soon as the phone is in your hand you are responsible for service indefinitely.They offered me a promotion over the phone stating you get one line free. They never mention the free line was attached to the phone that was stolen from me during an assault. I would have gotten insurance.I brought 3 phones from them and all of them have tech issues from: randomly awaking by itself, cant make calls, Goggle wont load pages, unresponsiveness, the wifi signal dropping, needed a year worth of updates They are the only provider without visual voicemail. **************** is unknowledgeable, will lie to you and are deceptive because they are to fragile to tell you about their unethical practices It is hard to get escalated because no one answers Submit tickets & no one never return your phone call. You will have to wait by your phone for ***** hours. They will steal money to pay off your phone if you do not make a payment in 90 days, not considering you have been waiting on their schedule call that never happens. Be prepared to wait around for days for a resolution because they will drag it out as long as they can. They cannot email your statements. ******* was apprehensive telling me billing statements were on the Spectrum app.I will not be paying them another cent for my Wi-Fi, Internet, Cable, ******************************** I will be disputing any inaccurate and unfair reporting on my credits, easy fix. I hope it was worth because you lost a good customer.
